1. Esports Senior Sales Sponsorships Manager
Responsibilities :
- Contacting businesses and other potential clients to source new leads – this could be through phoning, emailing, visiting in person and/or contacting on social media
- Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients by making sure they are aware of all the advertising solutions offered by the events and working with your colleagues (such as production, creative, marketing and logistics team members) to ensure the partners is content with what is offered
- Staying in the know about different industries (knowledgeable about social media, media planning, basic marketing campaigns)
- Meeting sales targets, and engaging in upselling and cross-selling
- Creating sales proposals, media sales packages, implementing client campaigns, writing post campaign reports,
- Gaining an in-depth knowledge of the business, the market and the products/services offered and presenting this to clients in a way they understand
Requirements :
- Strong existing direct client base, can on board them to MPL league directly
- Strong ability to develop new client leads
University degree - Minimum 3 – 4 years work experience in the sales department of a media company

Responsibilities :
- Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
- Develop, organize and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (in-game, social media, TV etc.), exhibitions and promotional events
- Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication

Objectives of this Role :
- Managing both our existing partner pipeline and developing new business opportunities from various industries
- Take a lead role in the development of proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships
- Identify trends and customer needs, building a short/medium/long-term partnership pipeline in accordance with targets
- Identifying new business opportunities for Mobile Legends: Bang Bang
- Analyzing partner feedback to improve and expands relationship

4. Public Relations Manager
Job Descriptions :
- Work with the International Public Relations manager with day-to-day duties and devise creative campaigns to elevate the company’s gaming and esports profile while taking full accountability for the overall PR and communications strategy, planning and execution of MOONTON Games regional PR
- Responsible for devising effective PR plans to reach out to mainstream, gaming, traditional sports and esports media
- Consistently track media coverage and sentiment on Mobile Legends: Bang Bang, including crisis media monitoring
- Well versed on extending existing media networks and nurturing new relationships for marketing and business development leads
- Able to work independently and proactively seek out new media opportunities
- Use a variety of channels (broadcast, online news, community groups) and identify partnership opportunities to maximize exposure as a brand ambassador
- Liaise with marketing leads to ensure branding consistency and develop PR strategies for specific in-game campaigns
- Arrange interviews, public speaking events and construct press releases
- Assess opportunities for media sponsorships and business-related partnerships
- Analyze results of PR campaigns or efforts and prepare reports, and is able to provide recommendations
- Develop issues management and provide crisis communications counsel, when needed
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as a public relations manager or similar role
- Proven experience in coordinating and managing effective PR campaigns through various channels, able to build strong relationships with key gaming personnel and media
- Solid knowledgeable of social media channels and MLBB community channels (e.g Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, etc.)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills is a must
- Able to execute within a short timeframe, partnered with the ability to think out of the box
- BS/BA in Public Relations, or a similar field
- Fluent in English, Bahasa Indonesia or Malay
