1. Casual Leasing Officer
Job Resposibility :
- Actively seek exhibitor to occupy exhibition area based on target
- Monitoring exhibition event, push cart etc
- Responsible to maintain good relationship & update prospective tenant/exhibitor database
- Make a Casual Leasing report
Job Requirements :
- Minimum Education S1 Marketing/Management/Communication or any major
- Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field (Shopping Centre/Retail)
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Good communication, negotiation & presentation skill
- Well groomed & target oriented
2. Customer Service
Job Responsibility :
- Maintain relation with customers
- Handle Customer Complaint
- Provide Information & Assist Customer
- Conduct Activity Customer Relation Programs
- Coordinate with other related department
Job Requirements :
- Maximum age 25 years old
- Minimum Education SMA/ SMK from any major.
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field (Shopping Center/Retail)
- Good communication skill and customer service oriented
- Well grooming
- Willing to work shifting & Public Holiday
3. Event Officer
Job Responsibility :
- Innovative and creative thinking in designing event strategies
- Handling in all aspects, as needed of event planning, preparation, and execution
- Identify the brand activation’s requirements and expectations for each event
- Liaise with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order
- Following protocol and instructions of event management
Job Requirements :
- Male, Maximum age 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree from any major.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field (Shopping Centre/Retail)
- Willing to work on Weekend and Public Holiday
- Excellent in communications and interpersonal skills
4. Graphic Design Officer
Job Responsibility :
- Present design concepts
- Create visual elements such as original images, and illustrations to help deliver a message
- Design layouts, including selection of colors, images, and typefaces
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Required Skill(s): Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel DRAW
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent
- Creative, positive attitude, energetic & hardworking
- Willing to work under pressure
5. HSE Officer
Job Responsibility :
- Control occupational health and safety
- Hazard identification in every job and work area
- Preparing health and safety strategies and developing internal policy
- Create report, safety, accident make list need tools and consumables for K3
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Medical Science or equivalent
- At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Have Certified AK3Umum is a must
- Able to work individually and work in a team
- Willing to work under shift and public holiday
6. Promotion (Video) Officer
Job Responsibility :
- Make Video/Photo Campaign for tenant promotions & setting on media (LED TV, Flyer etc)
- Coordinate and monitoring tenant event promotions
- Update blast promotion tenants via social media & website
- Collaborate with Casual Leasing and Marketing Communication regarding schedules and plotting of tenant promotional media installations
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent
- Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D and compositing
- Creative, positive attitude, energetic & hardworking
- Able to work under pressure, multiple task, and willing to work hard
7. Quantity Surveyor Officer
Job Responsibility :
- Conduct tenders according to procedures until the appointment of a contractor for each job
- Minimize additional work during project progress
- Provide recommendations from each finding
- Prepare weekly / monthly reports (project progress)
- Ensure budget efficiency in each project
Job Requirements :
- Minimum education D3/S1, Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering
- Have work experience min 1-2 years in the same field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Able to make a budget plan, cost estimation
- Able to operate Auto Cad, 3D Max
8. Tenant Relation Officer
Job Responsibility :
- Maintain good relationship between Tenants and Building Management.
- Receive and follow up complaints from the Tenants to be solved with good coordination with related department.
- Keeping the facilities of the Tenants in order to remain properly.
- Prepare and distribute of Tenants activity report to the management.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, All Major
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and capable of working in a team environment
- Able to work under pressure, multiple task, and willing to work hard
