1. MT Supply Chain Management
Main Responsibilities :
- Conduct global supplier sourcing, including selection, evaluation, and audit processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration.
- Coordinate with the Product Development Team to align material requirements with production needs.
- Develop strategic sourcing plans to optimize cost, quality, and supply chain efficiency.
- Ensure sourced materials comply with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Proactively source materials that align with brand specifications and image.
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major from a national or overseas university.
- Open to fresh graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or related fields.
- Passionate about FMCG, especially in beauty or the cosmetics industry.
- Strong analytical, numerical, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Familiar with sourcing and procurement processes, including supplier management.

2. MT Research and Development
Main Responsibilities :
- Develop innovative product formulations from concept to execution, ensuring they meet customer needs and market trends.
- Continuously enhance existing products by optimizing formulas for better performance, sustainability, and user experience.
- Plan and execute seamless product launches, ensuring a smooth transition from development to market.
- Investigate formulation challenges and implement data-driven solutions to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the Product Innovation & Development (PID) team to support sample preparation and ensure innovation excellence.
- Maintain accurate documentation to support product innovation, compliance, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of Bachelor (S1) in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or Chemical Engineering from a national or overseas university.
- Fresh graduates or professionals having 1-2 years of experience
- Having a passion for FMCG especially the beauty or cosmetics industry

3. MT Product Innovation and Development
Main Responsibilities :
- Manage projects across all stages of product development, from idea generation to concept creation and formulation design.
- Continuously update and evaluate products and designs to enhance the portfolio.
- Craft compelling product narratives that highlight the formulation design and concept.
- Ensure product quality meets high standards and aligns with brand positioning.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate innovative product ideas and concepts.
- Develop product concepts, positioning, claims, pricing, placement channels, and market ambitions.
- Determine formulation, packaging, and product design using New Product Development (NPD) principles.
