ICT Proposition

Responsibilities :

  • Develop and maintain ICT propositions for Enterprise customers with the objective to deliver revenue targets and achieve great customer experience
  • Maintain and control detailed specifications , catalogue and act as a product owner for ICT solutions including P & L of ICT Products
  • Building high level profitable business cases for each new solution concept, Provide right input to Pricing in order to have competitive service, keeping partner margins
  • Work with marketing peers & partners to own and develop ICT products and propositions and Go to Market with marketing communications.
  • Work with partner & internal teams to generate internal/external processes on ICT products portfolio
  • Administrate the implementation of solutions between Products, Proposition & Partner which touches network and IT, customer service, etc, to ensure on time readiness
  • Have an updated knowledge on customer demands, competitor initiatives, and ICT market development in Indonesia
  • Identify right partners to fulfil current customer requirements or potential future solutions for ICT product Portfolio
  • Form strategic alliances, partner service agreements ensuring highest customer experience, internal alignment and back to back SLAs
  • Manage the relationships with partners, assure their adherence to SLAs and take disciplinary actions when required
  • Own the on boarding and offloading or partners or partner based products by aligning with marketing team as well as other Product related teams.
  • Join proposition & products in drive SaaS/ICT concepts through the B2B management, legal and regulatory, procurement and technology in order to obtain the necessary approvals for smooth implementations
  • Shadow the team in coordinating the implementation of ICT products between the different technical and commercial units (IT,Solution Development, Network, CS, ISM, Regulatory & Legal)
  • Monitor SaaS evolution, ensure latest versions are available to client customers with proper GTM comms in place
  • Ensure the availability of all internal service documentation, such as product descriptions, SLAs and product presentation materials
  • Ensure the delivery of sales, pre-sales and customer service training related to ICT Product portfolio prior to launch by marketing peers
  • Ensure that a comprehensive set of business rules, activation forms, welcome packs, price and product sheets, FAQ etc. are available in due time for launch across the full product portfolio for all segments and both existing and new offerings

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, Master’s degree would be preferable
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in any background industries in strategic partnership management & 5G implementation areas
  • Understand high level connectivity, cloud, cyber security, and other advanced ICT services including 5G
  • Understand high level financial modelling analysis and data driven management
  • Strong in strategic thinking, business acumen, customer orientation competencies
  • Familiar with global and local tender process both government and private in all sectors / industries
  • High interest in growth mindset and high willingness to perform beyond KPI to achieve win together which focus on outcome
  • Good networking with ICT Principals, SI, consultants and have high expertise to maintain business relation with external stakeholders (partner, key person in certain public institution, association, communities etc)
  • Passion to work by combining both detail activities (i.e study literacy & review document) & creativity (thinking with no box)
  • Good knowledge in telecom, data communication, ICT, System integration.
  • Good command of spoken and written English.
  • Strong service mind, motivated, good teamwork skills, multi-tasking, fast learner, and able to work under pressure
  • Employment Status:  Permanent (P)
