Senior Human Resource

Job description:

• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with organisations goals and objectives.
• Leading end-to-end recruitment process
• Managing employee compensation and benefits programs, including administration payroll and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Monitoring and conducting learning and engagement programs that help employees improve their skills and grow within the company.
• Strategizing company to attract and retain a positive image through employer branding from social media and other platforms.
• Designing and implementing company policies that promote a healthy work environment.
• Evaluating an employee’s job performance and developing a plan to improve performance and achieve future goals.

Job requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in the Human Resources field.
• Bachelor Degree from any major, preferably from Management and Psychology
• Having experience in learning and engagement, employer branding, recruitment, performance review, and HR Operations including payroll, compensation and benefits
• Able to communicate in English both oral and written.
• Having good interpersonal and communication skills
• Having the ability to work and easily adapt in a fast-paced environment, assertive, and energetic.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prefer from agency or creative industry but not limited to other industries.
