PT TransNusa Aviation Mandiri biasa disingkat TransNusa, adalah maskapai penerbangan domestik Indonesia yang melayani wilayah timur Indonesia, terutama Nusa Tenggara dan Sulawesi bagian selatan. Basis utamanya adalah Bandara El Tari, Kupang. Diluncurkan pada Agustus 2005 melayani berbagai tujuan dari Kupang, Timor, menggunakan pesawat carteran dari Pelita Air dan Trigana Air Service. Pada Agustus 2011, TransNusa memasuki tahap baru dengan menerima sendiri Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) dan izin penerbangan niaga berjadwal.

1. Recruitment Staff

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology
• Min. 1 year of experience in recruitment or human resources
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
• Basic understanding of recruitment processess and techniques
• Familiarity with and good knowledge of psychological assessment tools
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Math, Statistics, Air Transport Management or a related field Fresh Graduate is welcome to apply
• Able to speak and write in English and Mandarin Fluently
  Excellent analytical skills with a strong math background, including statistical skills with attention to detail and the ability to derive insights from complex data sets
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritise effectively
