1. Finance & Legal Administrator Intern

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Liaise with Talent Management team to create invoice, and coordinate payment
• Review KYB from brand to make sure all the document needed are ready
• Liaise closely with Finance, Legal team, and related team
• Ensure the documents for invoicing is complete
• Work closely and report to GM of the company
• Personal recommendation letter based on work capabilities by GM of the company

Kualifikasi Minimum :

• Able to work individually and in team
• Last year student (no required class), Fresh graduates or <1 year experience is encourage to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work under pressure & tight deadlines
• Has high willingness to learn, curious, observant and detail-oriented.

2. Partnership Officer (KOL) Intern

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Handle and manage buzzer/KOL/Community to fulfill clients’ schedule & guidelines
• Manage good relationships with KOL/Influencers.
• Scouting for new talents/KOLs (seasonally)
• Support and coordinate with GM of the company & Team.
• Work closely and report to GM of the company
• You will get personal Recommendation Letter based on work capabilities by GM of the company

Kualifikasi Minimum :

• The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Experienced in handling and managing buzzer/KOL/Community
• Having a good and extensive connection with buzzers/KOL/community is preferable.
• Creative and passionate about Digital Marketing.
• Team player and love to interact with people.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written.

3. Partnership Strategist (KOL) Intern

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

• Support and coordinate with GM of the company & Team.
• Performance/KPI tracking of Influencers’ contents
• Create Data driven Strategic planning for KOL/Influencer campaign
• Work closely and report to GM of the company
• You will get personal Recommendation Letter based on work capabilities by GM of the company

Kualifikasi Minimum :

• The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.Experienced in handling and managing buzzer/KOL/Community
• Having a good and extensive connection with buzzers/KOL/community is preferable.
• Able to measure social media engagement and strategic planning
• Data driven person and detail oriented
• Creative and passionate about Digital Marketing.
• Team player and love to interact with people.
• Great interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, both oral and written.
