Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI) didirikan di Purwokerto, Jawa Tengah oleh Raden Bei Aria Wirjaatmadja tanggal 16 Desember 1895. Bank BRI memiliki layanan perbankan sampai seluruh penjuru Indonesia dan cukup terkenal oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Berikut ini adalah Rekrutmen BRILiaN Future Leader Program (BFLP).

What You’ll Learn :

BFLP IT is not just about mastering technology — it’s about shaping you into a future-ready IT leader. Throughout the program, you’ll grow in three key dimensions:

1. Technical Excellence: Deepen your understanding of core IT domains such as software engineering, data analytics, system design, and cybersecurity. You’ll apply this knowledge directly in real-world BRI projects using agile, DevOps, and enterprise-scale tools.
2. Strategic Thinking: Learn to approach challenges not just as a coder or engineer, but as a decision-maker. You’ll be trained to analyze tech problems with business impact in mind, driving solutions that support BRI’s digital transformation.
3. Leadership in Action: Practice essential leadership skills — from leading a small tech squad during bootcamp projects to presenting ideas to IT leaders. Communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement are integrated throughout your journey. By the end of the program, you won’t just be capable of executing tasks — you’ll be ready to lead innovation in technology

What You’ll Do :

• Join intensive IT Intensive Course to strengthen your technical foundations across various domains such as software development, data, infrastructure, and security.
• Collaborate on real IT projects within BRI’s digital ecosystem, contributing directly to initiatives that impact millions of customers.
• Rotate across key IT functions, giving you exposure to end-to-end processes and a holistic understanding of how digital banking is built and run.
• Engage with expert mentors and IT Leaders to gain insights, receive feedback, and grow professionally.
• Solve real-world problems through project challenges or technical case studies that sharpen your analytical and decision-making skills.
• Present your ideas and solutions to IT stakeholders as part of leadership development and business communication training.

Who We’re Looking For :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree graduates from Top IT University.
• Demonstrated academic or non-academic achievements is highly valued.
• Demonstrated active participation in both organizations and community initiatives, with proven leadership capabilities.
• Open to graduates from IT and related fields, including Computer Science, Information Systems, Informatics Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Electrical and Telecommunications Engineering, and other technology-focused majors.
• Holding IT-related certifications is a plus. 
• Internship experience, freelance work, personal tech projects, involvement in startups, or prior work experience — specifically in IT-related fields — will be considered an advantage.
• Achieves a minimum TOEFL or TOEFL Prediction score of 500, or an equivalent English proficiency certification issued by a recognized institution or authorized provider.
• Age limits:
  • Bachelor’s degree graduates: maximum 25 years old (not turning 26 by Dec 31, 2025).
  • Master’s degree graduates: maximum 27 years old (not turning 28 by Dec 31, 2025).
• Must be single (unmarried) and committed to remain unmarried throughout the duration of one year trainee program.
• Willing to be assigned to any BRI working office across Indonesia.
