Erspo adalah sub-brand dari Erigo Apparel yang didirikan oleh Muhammad Sadad, seorang pengusaha asal Aceh. Erigo, yang terkenal dengan pakaian kasualnya, sukses besar dan berpartisipasi dalam New York Fashion Week 2022. Erspo, diluncurkan pada 22 Januari 2024, fokus pada pakaian olahraga dan telah bekerja sama dengan PSSI untuk menyediakan perlengkapan Timnas Indonesia.

Saat ini PT Ritel Jaya Abadi (ERSPO)memberikan kesempatan untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Fashion Designer

Job Description :

Developing new design concepts and ideas
Sketch designs and selects fabrics, patterns, colours, etc
Source fabrics, trims and materials for product development
Update product development database, tech packs, and internal documents
Assist in the preparation of design documentation and technical specifications
Strong understanding of fabrics, garment construction, and fashion trends
Oversee production, evaluate samples, and improve the design
Coordinate follow-up with internal (Production team, Quality Control, Sales, and Marketing) and external partner, including technical design, production, and vendors

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in Fashion/Apparel Design
Have experience in the fashion industry at least 2-3 years
Have a strong portofolio
Ability to think creatively, innovatively, and work in a team
Has extensive knowledge of the industry market trends
Passionate, creative and an enthusiast in the Fashion Design profession
Willing to work from office

2. Senior Graphic Design

Role Description :

A full-time and on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, designing collections for branding, patterns, packaging, digital imaging, and campaign) and developing typography for ERSPO’s sportswear products

Requirements :

Diploma or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a senior or lead role
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
Strong understanding of visual design principles and branding
Ability to work in a fast paced company and collaborative teams
Experienced in retail company and product design

3. Accounting Officer

Job Description :

Prepare accounting related entries to numerous journals and maintain company’s accounting processes
Create every transaction either on the cash statement and or bank statement
Create relevant adjusment based on available information
Create details for each account balance sheet

Requirements :

Bachelor Degree in Finance Accounting
Have experience in the fashion industry at least 2 years or retail industry at least 4 years
Having knowledge and experience in Tax is a must
Familiarity with Ms. Office applications and cloud accounting system
Proficient in data entry and management
Willing to work from office

4. Product Designer

Job Description :

Responsible of graphic design concepts and to bring fresh and attractive Erspo themed items. Managing and coordination of product, from concept to completion included defining product specification, creating digital or print drawings and designing fully-functional products

Requirements :

Has an interest in fashion
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts, or related field
Experienced in retail company and product design
Very capable in using Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
Able to co-ordinate workflow of a small team of fashion designers and computer artist to Create attractive ranges on time
Can work well in deadlines and achieve targets
Able to communicate with all relevant staff in create range concepts and getting feedback
Very high standard of art quality and feedback skills to those producting the final product

5. Socmed Technical Officer

Job Description :

Develop and implement a strategic & comprehensive social media content calender
Craft engaging and compelling copy for social media posts, advertisements, and campaigns
Track and analyze the performance of social media posts and campaigns

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies or a related field
Have experience in the retail/fashion industry at least 2 years or
Social-media savvy: has a solid understanding of social media platforms market trends, and methodologies
Strong content & copy writing skills
Strong team player with proactive attitude
2+ years of experience in social media management or content creation
Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twiteer, etc) and social media management tools

6. Technical Designer

Job Description :

A full-time and on-site role for a Technical Designer. The technical designer will be responsible to help us take our designs from a concept to a manufacturable product. You need to be skilled with Adobe Illustrator and Microsoft Excel
