Lowongan Kerja PT Fore Kopi Indonesia
Saat ini PT Fore Kopi Indonesia memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
1. Business Process Improvement Officer
Responsibilities :
- Help to identify and workout all of Business Process in FORE
- Propose enhancements to Business Process Manager that will improve efficiency and boost productivity
- Identify subject matter experts to support multi functional efforts in process improvement, data capture and analysis, complies with policy and procedures
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of each process from all department to identify opportunities for improvement in the existing business model, processes, and structure
- Work with project manager to participate in a post-project review to ensure the process is improved for the next project
- Evaluate existing business processes to understand their efficiency and effectiveness
- Explore technology solutions to automate and optimizing processes
Minimum Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor degree (any major), preferably in Business
- At least 2-3 years working experience in the related field is required
- Good in English, speaking and writing
- Having strongly skilled in the process flow documentation and literature
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with detail oriented, data driven, data centric, process and flow system enhancement
- Analytical thinking with attention to detail
- Microsoft office, Visio, video editing, tech-savvy
2. Accounting Supervisor
Responsibilities :
- Journals, bank accounts & document filing
- Assist with the audit process
Minimum Qualification :
- Minimum education Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
- Minimum 3 years work experience in Accounting
- Have been in KAP for at least 1 year in retail
- Understand all financial statement aspects, closing all GL (General Ledger)
- Able to managed team members & communicate well
- Great at Ms. Office Excel and Word
- Understand accounting principles and detail oriented
