PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk adalah bergerak di bidang usaha pertambangan dan perdagangan batu bara metalurgi melalui Perusahaan Anak dan menjalankan kegiatan usaha berupa jasa konsultasi manajemen. Perseroan merupakan perusahaan yang di bawah naungan AEI. Dalam menjalankan usahanya, Perseroan dan Perusahaan Anaknya didukung dengan bisnis yang terintegrasi dari tambang hingga ke stockpile dan transshipment area. Berikut ini adalah Lowongan Kerja PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk.

Pada tahun 2020, Perseroan memproduksi batu bara sebesar 1,88 juta ton, atau 70% di atas produksi pada tahun 2019 yang mencapai 1,1 juta ton. Seluruh batu bara yang diproduksi pada tahun 2020 merupakan batu bara metalurgi jenis HCC dari konsesi Maruwai yang memulai produksi pada tahun 2019. Konsesi Maruwai mengandung batu bara HCC mid-vol kualitas tinggi dengan kandungan abu dan fosfor yang rendah.

Pada periode delapan bulan yang berakhir pada tanggal 31 Agustus 2021, Perseroan telah melakukan penjualan sebanyak 1,43 juta metrik ton batu bara yang dikirim ke pasar internasional meliputi China, India, Jepang dan Indonesia. Perseroan terus mengembangkan pasar batu bara metalurgi dan bermaksud untuk meningkatkan produksinya seiring pertumbuhan penjualan. Di saat yang sama, Perseroan juga terus melakukan investasi pada sarana pendukung dan fasilitas penambangan.

Saat ini PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk membuka lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. Warehouse Section Head

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage and oversee end-to-end inventory activity of the warehouse including receiving, handling, storing, picking & distribution, and to build effective and efficient warehouse system in order to ensure optimum support to construction activities.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate majoring in Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years experiences (Supervisor level) in the area of Inventory Management preferably in construction projects.
  • Have good competencies on system analysis.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.
  • Willing to be hired on contractual basis during the project.
  • Willing to be located at North Kalimantan Site (roster based).

2. IT Section Head

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for coordinating, planning, and leading IT-related activities during the project, including building IT system, performing system & application maintenance, registration of IT inventory, licenses & contracts.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) graduate from Computer Science/System Information/Information Technology/Information Management & Analytics.
  • Minimum 4 years experiences as IT Lead or relevant.
  • Proven record in build IT systems in the company, handling network management, network administration and database administration.
  • Having experience coordinating with network/IT provider would be an advantage.
  • Excellent computer skills and knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems.
  • Willing to be located/frequently travel at/to North Kalimantan Site (roster based).

3. Logistic Officer

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the supervision and direction of logistics activities in the warehouse so that all activities are carried out effectively and efficiently, in accordance with the policies, procedures and standards of the company in the field of supply, work safety and the environment to support the achievement of production targets.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from all major
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in Warehouse or Inventory area
  • Good competencies in Inventory Management and Warehouse & Logistics Management
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Detail oriented
  • Willing to be place at Adaro Site in North Kalimantan

4. Procurement Officer

Job Responsibilities :

  • Carry out activities related to the contractual and strategic procurement of goods and services, as well as coordinate the delivery of goods according to the QCD principles, namely Quality (quality and quantity), Cost (budgeted costs), and Delivery (on time) to meet the company’s operational needs.
    • Receive requests for goods and services from related work units in the form of PR (Purchase Requisition), analyze them and coordinate with related users to ensure their needs, completeness and correctness in accordance with policies, systems and procedures for procurement of goods/services in the company.
    • Carry out the process of purchasing goods and services (Contracts) starting from finding vendors to conducting initial negotiations by paying attention to applicable company procedures in order to support the smooth operation of the company.
    • Checking the suitability between the specifications of the goods needed by the user and the specifications of the vendor so that the goods purchased are in accordance with the needs of the company.
    • Prepare CQS (Comparison Quotation Summary) for the procurement of goods / services that are being carried out and prepare PO (Purchase Order) to be sent to the vendor so that the procurement of goods and services is achieved according to the specified time, quality and cost.
    • Ensure the accuracy of making CQS and POs that have been made by Procurement Staff and Non Staff to avoid errors in the process of procuring goods and services for user needs.
    • Coordinate related to the process of sending goods that have been ordered so that the goods can arrive at the company in optimal conditions and on time according to a predetermined schedule.
    • Conduct vendor performance evaluations to ensure the quality of vendors who work with the company are included in the predetermined criteria to meet the company’s operational needs.
    • Prepare purchase reports according to a predetermined period to monitor the progress of purchasing goods and services.
    • Monitoring the performance of OCT, ODT and PRSL in the area to ensure the achievement of KPIs.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree from all major
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as Procurement Staff
  • Strong competencies in Procurement Management, Negotiation skills, Expedition management, contract management, legal compliance, and basic knowledge of tax regulation.
  • Good communicaion skill

5. Project Controller

Job Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate project by monitoring project status in term of timeline and resources needed in order to provide projects progress report. 

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Business Management/Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in the same position
  • Ability to collecting data from various parties in timely manner & maintain relationship with stakeholders is a must
  • Proven track record on execute project control task within construction phase of the project would be an advantage
  • Having good Project Management, Accounting Control, Business Plan, System Development & Procedure, Writing & Reporting would be preferable.
  • Willing to be placed/travel frequently at/to Adaro Sites

6. Cataloguer

Job Responsibilities :

  • Supervise development, validation and coordination of SAP Master Data and Material Master, including but not limited to:
  1. Collect and validate assset technical specification
  2. Set initial inventory parameter
  3. Generate master data template
  4. Connect master data to maintenance task list

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree of any major.
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience as Cataloguer or material management
  • Familiar with ERP (SAP/MIMS/Ellips) and Inventory, Warehouse, and Logistics Management
  • Detail oriented, good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work in dynamic & project-based working environment
  • Having Mandarin literacy or having working experience with Chinese company will be an advantage
  • Willing to be place at Adaro Site in North Kalimantan

7. IT Officer

Job Responsibilities :

9. Admin Support Staff

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage and provide administrative needs in the Human Resource / Procurement Department to support site project’s operational activities.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimal D3 in Any Major preferably majoring in Business Administration
  • Have at least 1 years of working experience as Administration or in the related field in similar industries
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Have good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be placed in North Kalimantan Site

10. Material Control Supervisor

Job Responsibilities :

  • Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming materials from vendors.
  • Approve or reject raw materials with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance.
  • Read blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand the requirements of products and services.
  • Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics such as number of defective products per day, etc.
  • Conducting raw material testing prior to shipment.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering with 2 years of experience with similar scope of work.
  • Have Quality Control Certification (ISO 9000 etc.)
  • Familiarity with quality testing machines and systems.
  • Proven experience as quality inspector or relevant role.
  • Professional experience in companies that provide QC Services would be an advantage.
  • Willing to be located in Bulungan, North Kalimantan site.

11. Payroll Officer

Job Responsibilities :

  • Excecute end-to-end payroll operations for employee’s compensation & benefit according to company’s policy to ensure employee’s benefit fulfilled properly in timely manner.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor of Engineering / Management / Accounting with minimum GPA 3,00.
  • Minimum 2 years of experiences as Payroll Supervisor or similar position in Payroll Operations.
  • Mandarin Speaking ability is a must.
  • Strong capabilities in Remuneration Management, Office Administration, and Tax Regulation.
  • Having experience in liaise with BPJS, Banks/Financial Institution & Regional Tax Office.
  • Able to work independently and in a team.

12. Warehouse Officer

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the supervision and direction of all daily activities in the warehouse carried out effectively and efficiently, in accordance with policies, procedures and company standards in the field of supply, work environment and environment to achieve production targets.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from Engineering/Management Major
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Warehouse / Inventory
  • Strong competencies in inventory management and warehouse management
  • Willing to be located at Bulungan, North Kalimantan Site (roster based)

13. HRGA & Industrial Relation Supervisor

Job Responsibilities :

  • Analyzing and providing data on company regulations and government regulations related to employment.
  • Conducting negotiations and other activities in the context of resolving labor problems or disputes between the company and employees in accordance with the applicable negotiation procedures.
  • Make periodic reports on the company’s employee conditions to stakeholders.
  • Analyze the level of violations that occur in the employee environment and apply sanctions to create conducive working conditions.
  • Establish communication and good relations between the Union and employees with the company

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree of Law/Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience in the same field.
  • Understand the current labor laws and understand the industrial relations process.
  • Have good leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Have knowledge about K3LH.
  • Willing to be placed in Bulungan, North Kalimantan Site.

14. Secretary

Job Responsibilities :

  • Performs secretarial tasks for Executives, including the circulation of Board of Directors signatories on documents to support Company operational activities, arrangements of Board of Directors internal & external meetings and ensure that minutes of meeting are taken and circulated to the related parties, and other secretarial duties to ensure operations run smoothly.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum Diploma 3 (D3) / Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Secretary or Business Administration & Management.
  • Have minimum 3 years of work experience as Secretary – in Corporate would be preferable.
  • Have good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Required Competencies : Secretarial, Document Management and Office Administration
  • Good command in English both Oral & Written.
  • Ability in Mandarin would be an advantage.

15. Project Support Officer (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for translating/interpreting all communication in Mandarin & Bahasa (both oral and written) within project context
  • Proactively follow up and closely working with internal team members and partners 
  • Support all tasks related to the project

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma/Bachelor/Master Degree of any major.
  • Excellent proficiency in Mandarin (oral and written) is a must.
  • For Officer level: minimum 2 years of experience as translator/interpreter.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • For Superintendent level: minimum 8 years of experience as translator/interpreter.
  • Experience as translator/interpreter/project assistant in company establishment projects or Joint Venture company will be an advantage.
  • Exposure as translator/interpreter/project assistant or working with Chinese native or in Chinese company is preferred.
  • Able to work in dynamic & project-based working environment.
  • Willing to be placed at Site Kalimantan.
