1. Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspector

Job Description :

• The Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) Inspector at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF) will be responsible for non-destructive testing of aircraft airframe, components, engines, and industrial gas turbine engine components/parts.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Associate Degree (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (D4/S1) from a technical-related major
• Minimum of 6 years of working experience in the NDT field
• Maximum age for selection: 32 years old
• Possession of a minimum of 3 (three) NDT Certificate for level 2 (two) any standards or combination with advanced NDT, or Radiography ISO 9712 (e.g., PT, MT, ET, UT, IRT, RT LEVEL 2, Etch Testing Level 2, or Radiation Safety Officer (PPR Industry Lvl. 1), Radiographic Operator, Radiography Specialist or Advance NDT)
• English proficiency test scores from an official institution (the test certificate must still be valid, meaning it remains valid for up to 2 years from the test date) with minimum scores: TOEIC 530, TOEFL ITP 425, or IELTS 5.

2. Business Contract Specialist

Job Description :

The Business Contract Specialist at PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk (GMF) will be instrumental in strengthening the company’s legal positioning and ensuring compliance during collaborations with counterparts (e.g., customers, vendors, sub-contractors, business partners). This role involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating company agreements, with a strong focus on mitigating legal risks and aligning with business policies. Key responsibilities include:

• Contract Drafting: Prepare drafts of agreements necessary for the company’s MRO business, including maintenance contracts, vendor contracts, memorandums of understanding, non-disclosure agreements, and more.
• Contract Review: Conduct an in-depth review of agreement drafts prepared by counterparties to ensure that the company’s business interests are protected and aligned with its objectives.
• Contract Advisory: Provide the most-efficient method and/or scheme to enter a contract between the company and counterparts.
• Contract Documentation: Ensure all of company’s agreement that has been fully executed is registered in the company’s agreement registry; distribute such executed agreement to the user (where requested)
• Compliance to the Company’s Business Policy: While preparing and/or negotiating any agreement involving the company, pay a meticulous attention to the business process within the company to ensure the enforcement of the company’s contract

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree (D4/S1) from a lawrelated major
• Maximum age for selection: 27 years old
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working or Fresh Graduate
• English proficiency test scores from an official institution (the test certificate must still be valid, meaning it remains valid for up to 2 years from the test date) with minimum scores: TOEIC 530, TOEFL ITP 425, or IELTS 5

Required Skills :

• Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Advanced command of the English language, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and related software tools
• Knowledge of aviation law and/or the aviation industry is an advantage
