Marketing Executive PUBG MOBILE

Job Description :

• Tencent Games Indonesia is looking for a Marketing Executive to join the PUBG MOBILE team. We are looking for someone who is : passionate about the game, especially Mobile Games in general, can articulate the brand’s objectives through high-quality offline and online marketing and branding initiatives, collaborations and partnerships with KOLs/Influencers, seeks out opportunities to learn/grow/innovate, understands the value of process, and maintains a high level of attention to detail
• We are looking for a forward thinker that has a strong willingness to grow the PUBG MOBILE community, is strong in understanding trend, deep understanding of the game itself, and an extraordinary thinking about the content composition. This role will dive into the established brand identity and will be handling successful implementation marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in all aspects of handling planning and execution of marketing initiatives, engage with partners and communities, and good in achieving objectives in terms of quality and standards in remarkably quick time frames

Your Mission :

• This role delivers high-quality marketing campaign initiatives, able to engage with our community about our products and brand campaigns through the activities, and can maintain their passion to keep on playing PUBG MOBILE. This is an opportunity for a talented, hardworking, and proactive individual to grow and develop in a fast-paced environment while contributing to a wide range of exciting franchises

Job Desk :

• Plan and execute strategic online and offline marketing initiatives to achieve KPIs
• Plan and execute digital marketing contents for PUBG MOBILE User Acquisition Contents, Game update promotions
• Research advertising trends, competitors analysis, appropriate placement of ads
• Be a team player and able to collaborate with various departments including but not limited to Operation, PR, Esports, Partnership and Community team to execute planned marketing campaigns
• Perform analytic skills through market research and/or evaluation report to ensure the growth of the brand
• Establish and maintain good relationships with partners (KOLs, influencers, media partners, agencies, brand partners, etc.)

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing position from technology/game industry
• Deep understanding about gaming industry and its community
• Highly collaborative and good at multitasking
• Comfortable with the fast-paced working style, organized, dedicated with ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines and pay outstanding attention to detail
• Excellent communication and writing in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin speaker is a plus)
• Last but not least, Hardcore Game Enthusiast
• Placement Jakarta

Plus :

• Have experience in the Game Industry and is familiar with the gaming communities
• Deep understand of PUBG MOBILE or other FPS games
