Direktorat Jenderal Pengadaan Tanah dan Pengembangan Pertanahan (Ditjen PTPP) adalah unit eselon I di bawah Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN) yang bertugas merumuskan dan melaksanakan kebijakan di bidang pengadaan tanah (untuk kepentingan umum, termasuk Proyek Strategis Nasional) dan pengembangan pertanahan (konsolidasi tanah, pencadangan tanah, penilaian tanah, dan ekonomi pertanahan), guna mendukung pembangunan nasional secara adil, demokratis, dan berkelanjutan. Latar Belakang Pembentukan: Dibentuk karena meningkatnya kebutuhan tanah untuk pembangunan berskala besar seiring implementasi UU No. 2 Tahun 2012 tentang Pengadaan Tanah bagi Kepentingan Umum, menggantikan pengelolaan yang sebelumnya tersebar di berbagai unit BPN.
Tujuan: Untuk memperkuat fungsi pengadaan dan pengelolaan pertanahan agar lebih efektif dalam mendukung pembangunan nasional yang merata dan berkeadilan.

Kesempatan Bergabung dengan ILASPP di Ditjen Survei dan Pemetaan Pertanahan dan Ruang (SPPR), Kementerian ATR/BPN!
1. Project Admin
will be responsible, but are not limited to the following:
- Provide proactive administrative support, including correspondence, recording and preparation of meeting minutes, preparation of presentation materials, and other written and illustrative materials as required for activities under Component 2.1 of ILASPP;
- Assist in the planning and coordination of meetings, workshops, seminars, field visits, and other activities, both within and outside the office, and be responsible for all event-related logistical requirements, including accommodation, air and ground transportation, invitations, coordination with relevant work units, and other necessary logistical arrangements. All activities shall be carried out in coordination with the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Land Surveying and Mapping and Spatial Planning;
- Assist in the preparation of Terms of Reference (TOR), Budget Plans/Cost Estimates (RAB), and other budgeting and activity planning documents;
- Support the arrangement of official travel and accommodation, including completion of travel forms, calculation of travel advances and travel reports, and preparation of other related documents;
- Support the preparation of project reports, presentations, and documents related to technical matters, office operations, monitoring and evaluation, safeguards, and other administrative matters;
- Collect, maintain, and present project-related data in databases and presentation materials as required to support project activities;
- Perform other relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Secretary of the Directorate General of Land Surveying and Mapping and Spatial Planning.
The Project Admin shall have the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree from geography/geodesy major, economics, and public administration major;
- Minimum 2 year of experience or experience in working with project management, the Government of Indonesia (Gol) and or World Bank is considered an advantage;
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English, with advanced computer skills in MS Office programs, especially proficient in Excel,Proficiency in using Canva/Prezi will be an advantage;
- Interested consultants must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (CV, References, Salary History, etc.)
2. Multipurpose Cadastre Spatial Admin
Will be responsible for, but are not limited to, the following:
- Analyzing potential risks in spatial data, including land overlap, geometric accuracy, and mapping data integrity.
- Conducting technical verification of incoming data from field teams to minimize the data error risk.
- Developing risk visualizations using Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to facilitate the monitoring of high-risk areas.
- Coordinating with the technical team of the Directorate General of Land and Spatial Survey and Mapping (SPPR) and the Project Implementation Coordinator regarding technical geodesy issues that impact the project timeline.
- Preparing periodic technical reports related to the spatial data risk profile.
- Providing proactive administrative support such as correspondence, minute-taking, preparing presentation materials, and other written and illustrative materials as needed for activities in ILASPP Component 2.1.
- Assisting in the planning and coordination of meetings, workshops, seminars, visits, or other activities inside or outside the office. This includes being responsible for all event logistics needs such as accommodation, transportation (air and land), invitations, coordination with relevant work units, and other necessary logistics.
- Supporting the arrangement of official travel and accommodation, including the completion of official travel forms, calculation of travel advances and reports, and other related documents.
- Coordinating with the Secretary of the Directorate General of Land and Spatial Survey and Mapping (SPPR) in the drafting, review, analysis, and preparation of summaries, and submission of periodic progress reports on the implementation of the ILASPP project.
- Supporting the preparation of project reports, presentations, and documents related to technical aspects, office operations, monitoring and evaluation, safeguards, and other administration.
- Executing other relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Secretary of the Directorate General of Land and Spatial Survey and Mapping (SPPR).
The Multipurpose Cadastre Spatial Admin shall have the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Geodesy, Geomatics or Geography;
- Minimum 2 year of experience or experience in working with project management, the Government of Indonesia (GoI) and/or World Bank is considered an advantage;
- Proficient in GIS spatial data processing software and understanding of the business process of land registration activities;
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English, with advanced computer skills in MS Office programs, especially proficient in Excel, proficiency in using Canva/Prezi, and the ability to operate AI applications (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) will be an advantage;
- Target and team-oriented person, willing to work long hours and travel to project sites, and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
3. Multipurpose Cadastre Legal Admin
Will be responsible, but are not limited to the following:
- Conducting legal risk review and analysis of contract documents, cooperation agreements, and internal legal products related to the project;
- Identifying potential dispute risks or legal issues in land registration/multipurpose cadastre activities;
- Providing legal opinions on issues faced by the Secretariat of the Directorate General of Land and Spatial Survey and Mapping (SPPR) in the implementation of ILASPP;
- Ensuring the project’s compliance with applicable Indonesian laws and regulations and World Bank safeguard provisions;
- Assisting in the preparation of technical regulations or implementation guidelines, if necessary;
- Supporting the preparation of project reports, presentations, and documents related to technical aspects, office operations, monitoring and evaluation, safeguards, and other administration;
- Executing other relevant duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Secretary of the Directorate General of Land and Spatial Survey and Mapping (SPPR);
The Multipurpose Cadastre Legal Admin shall have the following minimum qualifications and experience:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law, preferably specializing in Agrarian Law, Constitutional Law, and State Administrative Law;
- Minimum 2 year of experience or experience in working with project management, the Government of Indonesia (GoI), legal consulting and/or World Bank is considered an advantage;
- Understanding of the Basic Agrarian Law and its implementing regulations, other regulations in the field of land and forestry, and government goods/services procurement regulations;
- Possess strong legal drafting skills. Good knowledge of spoken and written English, with advanced computer skills in MS Office programs, especially proficient in Excel, proficiency in using Canva/Prezi, and the ability to operate AI applications (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, etc.) will be an advantage;
- Target and team-oriented person, willing to work long hours and travel to project sites, and able to work independently under minimum supervision.
