PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China adalah perusahaan yang mengoperasikan jaringan kereta cepat Indonesia yang rencananya akan dibangun dengan rute Jakarta–Bandung. PT KCIC merupakan perusahaan patungan antara konsorsium Badan Usaha Milik Negara Indonesia (BUMN) melalui PT Pilar Sinergi BUMN Indonesia (PSBI) dan konsorsium perusahaan perkeretaapian Tiongkok melalui Beijing Yawan HSR Co.Ltd, dengan bisnis utama di sektor transportasi publik dengan skema business to business (B2B). PT KCIC menjadi bagian dari masyarakat Indonesia untuk membangun lebih dari sekadar transportasi dan menawarkan lebih dari sekadar bisnis dengan menciptakan harmonisasi dan kombinasi transportasi dan integrasi regional secara berkelanjutan.

Hadir untuk mengembangkan infrastruktur transportasi massal perkeretaapian tanah air, PT KCIC saat ini merupakan pemilik proyek Kereta Cepat Jakarta-Bandung yang merupakan salah satu Proyek Strategis Nasional (PSN) pemerintah Indonesia sesuai dengan Perpres No. 3/2016.

Selain pengembangan infrastruktur transportasi publik, PT KCIC turut berupaya menunjang peningkatan produktivitas masyarakat di sepanjang trase kereta cepat melalui pengembangan kawasan terintegrasi atau Transit Oriented Development (TOD) di setiap area stasiun yakni Halim, Karawang, Padalarang, dan Tegalluar. Konsep TOD yang dipadukan dengan kereta cepat diyakini dapat meningkatkan kemudahan akses wilayah, sehingga mampu mengakselerasi pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah sekitar.

Lowongan Kerja PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (PT KCIC)

Saat ini PT Kereta Cepat Indonesia China (PT KCIC) membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. IT (Operation & Maintenance) Officer

Responsibilities :

  • Assist the manager to complete the technical management
  • Record book, planning management, Performance evaluation and network safety management of information systems such as passenger ticketing, travel, service, shunting, EMU, office, network, etc.
  • Approve the allocation of IP addresses of information networks.
  • Establish network resource records, and report to Indonesia’s information management department for filling as required
  • Guide the comprehensive maintenance base and site work area to deal with the faults in the daily production process of information systems. 
  • Plan for Implementation of passenger ticketing, travel service, shunting, EMU, office, network, etc.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information System/Informatics Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience minimum 3 years related to IT Architecture including IT Software Implementation & Data Center Operation
  • Experienced and in-depth knowledge of any Implementation Project related to Information System ERP and IT Project Management (COBIT, PMI, SIX Sigma, SCRUM, etc)
  • Advanced proficiency in the field of Web Server (IIS), Operating System (LINUX/Web Server), Microsoft Project, JIRA, Service now
  • Preferably have experience in the implementation of Information System in Transportation Companies or related
  • Having a certificate related to the Quality, Project, and IT (all variants) is an additional value

2. Quality Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Manage the quality process under the supervision of General Manager (GM) to make sure the project meet consistent standards of quality
  • Participate in compiling relevant rules and regulations related to scope of work
  • Participate in quality inspections, report and handle on-site quality issues. Responsible for the safety and quality management of “four power”
  • Coorperate in the investigation of complaints and complaints concerning project quality
  • Participate in drafting quality work summary and reports related to scope of work
  • Participate in the control and management of the quality related to the scope of work
    Complete other tasks assigned by the leader

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree or above in signal, railway eletrification and other majors
  • Intermediate professional title or higher
  • More than 10 years of work experience in rail transit and railway four electricity related majors
  • Those who can communicate in English proficiently are preferred

3. Project Management Office

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to collect deliverables data of civil project (track alignment and building), relocation of public and social facilites, station access, related permit
    Liasing activity between consultant and contractors during contruction process
  • Analyzing primary data and mapping problems with the scope of civil construction and integration between all works to consult solutions to consultans and contractors
  • Collecting data in particular to civil construction
  • Documenting all control and monitoring data of civil construction process

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in civil/mechanical/electrical engineering
  • At least 2 years experience as a construction engineering in the relevant field of specialization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
  • Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders
  • Exceptional leadership, project management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
