1. Sales Engineer 1 Manage
Job Summary :
- The purpose of this position is to handle commercial business target in the responsible area, develop strategies, implement action and deal with fleed and distributors.
- Incumbent will be responsible for commercial tire business, pricing, sales channel, LTA/Contracts, and Fleet program to support sellout in Distributor.
Responsibilities :
- Demand/Sales/Market share analysis for commercial tire group for budget study in the market
- Develop campaign and monitor market reaction
- Achivement monitoring
- Flee approach
- Capture trend, develop solution model and execute
- Develop incentive program
- Review distributors
- Import tire sales plan
- Channel enhancement
- Claim management
- Price monitoring
Requirements :
- Branch / Dealer manager experience at least 2 years
- Strong salesmanship
- Strong in figure / data analysis
- Bachelor degree in Management / Sales & Marketing is an advantage
- Exposed in Sales & Marketing in a multinational company within manufacturing or auto industry.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Good leadership and high level of integrity
- Proven track record of success in driving change & achieving target
- Think strategically and good business orientation
2. Staff Distributor Management & Development
Job Summary :
- Control order, allocation, and delivery to distributor and acting as a consultant for distributor to develop Bridgestone tire sales in each distributor area.
Responsibilities :
- Identify new business opportunities by collaborating with distributors
- Create strategy to increase market share
- Manage and develop distributor sales activities
- Manage implmentation of distributor business plan
- Order control & delivery
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in business or economy will be an advantage
- Experienced in managing key account
- At least 5 years experience in sales
- Fluent English (writing & speaking)
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Good communication and negotiation skill
- Good presentation skill
3. Senior Staff OE Sales
Job Summary :
- To support Original Equipment (OE) business and coordinate OE sales team in fulfillinf customer request to achieve sales targets and meet customer’s needs.
- Act as PIC in projects to improve profitability and cost efficiency.

4. Senior Staff CSRD
Job Summary :
- Coordinate the achievement of sales target (sell in & sell out) in Family Channel & General Shop by providing quality store consultation and audit as well as taking the role of market intelligence.
Responsibilities :
- Propose and achieve sales target (Sell in & Sell out)
- Monitor the consumer business sales progress, analyze problems and provide recommendation
- Shop / Family Channel Development & Management
- Provide consultation for shops
- Store audit
- Develop support programs
- Prospecting new Family Channel & dealing stores
Requirements :
- Field experience at retail shop
- Experienced as a shop / store managerfor at least 3 years will be an advantage
- English skill (writing and speaking)
- Strong responsibility mindset to improve low performed shops
- Communication skill (negotiation and persuassion)
5. Sr. Staff Sales Administration
Job Summary :
- Responsible as PIC for sales reports which includes budgeting, forecasting, payments, orders, alocations, and documentations.

Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in Accounting is an advantage
- Experienced in Tire or Automotive related industry

- Good understanding in budgeting, pricing, and forecast
- Fluent in English both writing and speaking
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong in data analysis
