1. Staf Controller

Task & Responsibility:

• Supervise documentation of accounting policies and procedures
• Supervise regional accounting related to control systems, transaction processing, as well as policies and procedures
• Ensure that all statutory requirements are met by the company including tax holders, PPH 21, goods and services tax (VAT), income tax
• Ensure that bank reconciliations are completed periodically
• Ensure documentation of files, documents, and letters related to finance in accordance with ISO provisions
• Provide financial analysis as needed, particularly for capital investment, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations
• Prepare financial reports for monthly, quarterly, or annual meetings and provide recommendations to support the decision-making process

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• GPA min 3.00
• Have experience in accounting/auditing at least 2 years
• Understanding Taxes

2. Accounting Staff

Task & Responsibility:

• Responsible for updating stock data and stock reports
• Carry out controlling transactions
• Responsible for making cash and bank reports
• Responsible for administrative work at the Filling Station

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Accounting
• Fresh graduates are welcome, preferably at least 1 year experience
• Proficient in operating Ms. Office / Open Office and other digital technologies, experienced in using ERP systems is preferred
• Understand taxation, accounting journals, and the KemenKeu’s E-Faktur system
• Having brevet A and B

3. Administrasi Depo

Job Description :

• Receive orders from customers in cash, process clearing invoices, and print delivery order documents
• Prepare and control the minimum stock availability, as well as control the mutation of the tube belonging to the relationship and control the receipt of goods
• Receiving, issuing, and recording spare parts material
• Ensure the readiness of the distribution team, the condition of the vehicle, and its equipment, and maximize delivery according to capacity
• Making monthly distribution reports, making fuel cash receipts, and correcting the realization of distribution costs

Requirement: 

• Minimum D3 all majors
• Experienced min. 1 year
• Proficient in operating Ms. Office / Open Office and other digital technologies
• Experience in using ERP systems, such as SAP is preferred
• Understand inventory control and supply chain management
• Have negotiation and marketing skills

4. Staff Asset Management

Task & Responsibility:

• Conduct periodic inspections of field asset lists
• Update asset data
• Manage procurement documents, new assets, asset mutation and disposal as well as repairs
• Conduct periodic inspections of asset lists in the field

Requirements:

• Min S1 all major
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply / preferably have experience in the field of inventory / distribution
• Have SIM A and C
• Preferably those who master the SAP program
