Responsibilities :

  • Build user awareness of e-commerce on TikTok platform
  • Plan the annual campaign calendar for the marketplace, a specific category or a specific portfolio of products, execute against the plan by coordinating xFN teams, and conduct post-mortem analysis
  • Manage social handles with marketing team, and collaborate with marketing, operation and growth teams to build e-commerce brand awareness

Qualifications :

  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce campaign planning and execution for major local e-commerce platforms
  • Familiar with the key data metrics of evaluating campaign performance, analytical and data oriented
  • Good at communication and coordination of cross functional teams
  • Analyze competitors and trends in market
  • Proficient in English and native Indonesian language
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Beauty industry knowledge is a plus
  • For senior lead, Mandarin proficiency is a plus

4. Category Management, Fashion (e-commerce)

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Map category and sub categories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with merchant and merchandise strategy team
  • Define a go-to market strategy for a category/sub-category
  • Plan, execute and maintain category performance (from acquisition to incubation and development)
  • Build a robust team, and manage collaborative and goal-oriented team culture
  • Work with Key Account service team and external service vendors to develop key accounts, and work with Seller Development and Growth team to build clear roadmap to manage long-tail sellers
  • Come up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness advantage

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above
  • 6+ years experience in relevant categories, with strong networking to brands and big merchants; social media savvy
  • Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills
  • Well connected to big players within the industry
  • Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
  • English proficiency is a must

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Dissemble goals, formulate budget plans, and transforming goals into executable plans
  • Formulate the go-to-market, seller/brand growth and merchandise strategy for local market, evaluate and evolve the strategy to meet business needs
  • Build and monitor the operational index, and work closely with the data team to optimize the data products
  • Strong ability to identify risks and streamline business efficiencies
  • Understanding e-commerce or live broadcast field is a plus
  • Implement and manage important merchant strategies
  • Combining business analytics, data mining, and data visualization, to help organizations to make more data-driven decisions.
  • Provide business, insight and trend analysis to improve overall category performance
  • Capable to produce regular reporting and monitoring dashboards, and respond to ad-hoc data needs
  • Support project managers, product, and category teams to work on different initiatives, and make decisions based on number

Qualifications :

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or above
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce platform, consulting firm or internet strategy,
  • industry or market research and business analytics with e-commerce relevant experience
  • Strong analytic, logical and problem solving skills with good attention to detail
  • Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects in different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization)
  • Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, and versatile player with some exposure in ops and commercial
  • English proficiency is a must, and local Indonesian language proficiency or mandarin is a plus
  • Experience in implementing analytical insight and solving the business problems by analytical method (e.g modelling, visualization, graph analysis)
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • High-level written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiencies in English and local Indonesia languages are compulsory. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be a plus
