Qualifications :

Responsibilities :
- Build user awareness of e-commerce on TikTok platform
- Plan the annual campaign calendar for the marketplace, a specific category or a specific portfolio of products, execute against the plan by coordinating xFN teams, and conduct post-mortem analysis
- Manage social handles with marketing team, and collaborate with marketing, operation and growth teams to build e-commerce brand awareness
Qualifications :
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce campaign planning and execution for major local e-commerce platforms
- Familiar with the key data metrics of evaluating campaign performance, analytical and data oriented
- Good at communication and coordination of cross functional teams
- Analyze competitors and trends in market
- Proficient in English and native Indonesian language
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Beauty industry knowledge is a plus
- For senior lead, Mandarin proficiency is a plus
4. Category Management, Fashion (e-commerce)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Map category and sub categories landscape, and define priority on which segment to be developed in collaboration with merchant and merchandise strategy team
- Define a go-to market strategy for a category/sub-category
- Plan, execute and maintain category performance (from acquisition to incubation and development)
- Build a robust team, and manage collaborative and goal-oriented team culture
- Work with Key Account service team and external service vendors to develop key accounts, and work with Seller Development and Growth team to build clear roadmap to manage long-tail sellers
- Come up with initiatives to continuously improve competitiveness advantage
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or above
- 6+ years experience in relevant categories, with strong networking to brands and big merchants; social media savvy
- Good interpersonal skills, strong logical thinking, and analytical skills
- Well connected to big players within the industry
- Collaborative and open to changes and challenges
- English proficiency is a must

Roles & Responsibilities :
- Dissemble goals, formulate budget plans, and transforming goals into executable plans
- Formulate the go-to-market, seller/brand growth and merchandise strategy for local market, evaluate and evolve the strategy to meet business needs
- Build and monitor the operational index, and work closely with the data team to optimize the data products
- Strong ability to identify risks and streamline business efficiencies
- Understanding e-commerce or live broadcast field is a plus
- Implement and manage important merchant strategies
- Combining business analytics, data mining, and data visualization, to help organizations to make more data-driven decisions.
- Provide business, insight and trend analysis to improve overall category performance
- Capable to produce regular reporting and monitoring dashboards, and respond to ad-hoc data needs
- Support project managers, product, and category teams to work on different initiatives, and make decisions based on number
Qualifications :
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or above
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce platform, consulting firm or internet strategy,
- industry or market research and business analytics with e-commerce relevant experience
- Strong analytic, logical and problem solving skills with good attention to detail
- Big picture thinking, structured, organized, and experienced in managing projects in different scales (planning, root cause identification, risk mitigation, and process optimization)
- Adaptable, fast learner, highly motivated, and versatile player with some exposure in ops and commercial
- English proficiency is a must, and local Indonesian language proficiency or mandarin is a plus
- Experience in implementing analytical insight and solving the business problems by analytical method (e.g modelling, visualization, graph analysis)
- Ability to work with stakeholders to assess potential risks
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- High-level written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiencies in English and local Indonesia languages are compulsory. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be a plus
