1. IT Auditor

Job Description :

Conduct audits of IT systems and processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Evaluate the effectiveness of IT controls and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with IT teams to understand software programming and system control mechanisms.
Prepare detailed audit reports that clearly communicate findings and recommendations to management.
Conduct risk assessment and analyze system vulnerabilities.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to IT auditing.

Requirements :

Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in IT Auditing, IT governance, risk management, IT compliance, or network security.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or Cybersecurity (Information Security).
Minimum GPA of 3.25.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, software programming, and system control.
Familiarity with penetration testing methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High analytical skills and proactive approach to problem solving.
Understanding of auditing principles and practice is highly preferred.

2. Project Management Associate

Job Description :

Plan, update, and oversee civil engineering end-to-end projects, from creating Bill of Quantity (BQ), initial design, scheduling, and construction execution.
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project needs.
Monitor project progress and address delays or risks to ensure project timely delivery.
Collaborate with key stakeholders to define project requirements and objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and building codes, while maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare status reports for management.

Requirements :

Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in construction management and site management.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum GPA of 3.25
Familiarity with construction processes and regulations.
Able to use AutoCAD.
Strong interpersonal skills, good analytical thinking, and good teamwork.

3. Reward & Performace Associate

Job Description :

Implement performance management frameworks aligned with organizational goals.
Ensure company compliance with federal and state laws, including reporting requirements.
Analyze employee performance data to identify trends and improvements.

Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in Compensation/Reward and Performance Management.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Statistic, and Mathematics.
Minimum GPA of 3.25.
Strong analytical thinking and skills for data interpretation.
Knowledge of performance management and reward systems.
Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

4. Management Trainee Service Department Head

Job Description :

Review and analyze potential risk, and provide insight to inform strategic decision-making.
Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports for management and other stakeholders.
Support day-to-day operation of the finance administration.
Building relationships with the government, banks, companies, leasing institutions, and the community.
Monitoring accounting and management processes.

Requirements :

Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in Economy, Accounting, Management, Finance, or Audit.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economy, Management, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum GPA of 3.25.
Have a good analytical thinking, interpersonal & leadership skills, able to work in a team, and work under tight schedules.
Have a good knowledge about budget planning and financial reporting.
Willing to be located throughout Indonesia.

5. Corporate Strategic & Productivity

Job Description :

Conduct productivity analysis and implement improvements to optimize organizational performance.
Provide financial and economic analysis to inform strategic decision-making.

Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in Business Analyst, Enterprise Strategy, and Operational Efficiency.
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Economics.
Minimum GPA of 3.25.
Strong analytical skills and data analysis.
Knowledge of corporate strategy development and productivity improvement frameworks.
Excellent communication skills for presenting complex ideas clearly to stakeholders.

6. Market Analyst

Job Description :

Conduct market research and competitor analysis in the energy or mining market to identify trends, risks, and business opportunities, to provide recommendations to strengthen partnerships and drive expansion.

Develop strategies to explore new markets, understand consumer preferences, and predict industry shifts.
Provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making, improve customer experience, and improve business growth to adapt to regional preferences.
Evaluate the feasibility and potential return on investment of new market opportunities, considering market demand, and competitive landscape.
Analyze purchasing patterns and customer journeys to identify insights that will improve product targeting and customer engagement.

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of experience in consultant or business consultant focusing on mining/energy sectors.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Statistics, and Marketing.
Minimum GPA of 3.25.
Proficient understanding of the structure and clearing processes of equity markets.
Attention-to-detail, good interpersonal skills, strong strategic and analytical thinking, strong market research, as well as fast learners.
Familiarity with data analysis software, programming languages, and data visualization tools will be a plus point.
Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

7. Instructor Operator

Job Description :

Conduct training on the operation of heavy equipment provided by United Tractors.
Observe the operation of heavy equipment.
Create and generate reports based on training and observation outcomes.
Develop instructional materials related to heavy equipment operation training.

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years experience as Instructor or Trainer in Heavy Equipment Machinery.
Minimum Diploma Degree or Bachelor Degree of all degrees.
Minimum GPA of 3.25.
Able to speak English is advantageous.
Having Training of Trainers (TOT) certifications or training.
Skilled in using heavy machinery provided by UT machine, such as an excavator, a bulldozer, and a dump truck.
