1. Supervisor Marketing
Job Description :
- Responsible for all Marketing function, develop and set Up strategic marketing direction with the aim of contributing to the achievement of planned sales turnover, volume, market share & profit target
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at leasr bachelor’s Degree from any major
- More than 2 years of experience in marketing & Operational F&B/Retail
- Has Exposure to sales, strong ability to develop and execute marketing plan
- Excellent communication skill, project management, product development, product launch, strategic thinking and also can develop marketing team
- Good analytical, problem solving & Creative
- Strong Leadership and can deal with various stakeholeder (Internal & External)
- Good dealing with complexty
- Work Location : BSD & Ciracas
2. Marketing Asst. Manager
Job Description :
- Coordinate with store in the design of the promotional materials and maintains contacts with key personal and stores, to supervisor all promotion activities
- Responsible for management and monitoring of trade marketing investments and initiatives execution
- Tracking and evaluation of product category and stores activities to meet company objective
- Provides analysis and insight in key focus areas of promotional effectiveness, pricing, planning and linkage
- Responsible for trade Marketing/Category management process & solutions with external & internal customers to grow the categories
- Responsible in analyzing potential area for store expansion
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 5 years experience in Trade Marketing Manageent
- Able to communicate in English
- Experience in handling and set up promotion plan in General trade and modern trade
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to relate to people from different levels and functions
Well organized - Must be strong at developing trade relationships
- Can manage complexity and uncertainty
- Comfortable with a hig level of change
- Having a good presentation skills
- Experience in FMCG Company or food & Beverage
- Willing to work in Ciputat-South Tangerang
3. Coordinator Content Creator
Job Description :
- Took photos and video in the field (Shooting Process)
- Post production, Editing and designing various Content (Photo, videos and motion graphic)
- Publish various content ( Text, Images, videos & program highlights, Promotions) by the time schedule
- Coordinate with all team for scgeduling shooting or any program/Events
- WHO : BSD, Tangerang Selatan
Requirements :
- Minimum D3 in art/design/creative multimedia or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years or working experience in the related field
- Passionate in creative Industry
- Creative, Communicative, initiative person
- Know the entire of using camera or any multimedia tools
- Proficient in graphic desgn tools : Adobe illustrator, Adobe Adter Effect, Adobe
- Photoshop, Corel draw, In Design Etc
- Proficient in photo/Video editing tools : Adobe premier, Etc
