1. Graduate Trainee – Operations

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree from engineering major
- Minimum GPA:
- Bachelor’s Degree: 3.20
- Master’s Degree: 3.30
- Maximum of 2 years work experience
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Have good analytical thinking, fast learner and proactive
- Persistent, open minded and strong in problem solving
- Good team player, agile, as well as proven leadership capability and organizational savvy
- Willing to be placed in Karawang, Sukorejo or Surabaya Site
2. Supervisor Retail Engagement – Palembang
Your ‘day to day’
- Planning, monitoring and controlling the implementation of trade marketing activities
- Managing, implementing, and evaluating territory and channel’s strategy to ensure excellent execution in line with outlet’s potency and consumer preference
- Managing and implementing strong business relationships with all stakeholders
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 1 year work experience in field sales with supervisory experience, preferably in FMCG
- Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills
- Proven leadership and organizational savvy
- Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
- Capacity to understand the field sales functions (territory management, distributor business process, salesman productivity, excellence in execution)
- Able to operate Computer literacy (Ms. Office) especially Ms. Excel
- Strong analytical skills and are comfortable dealing with numerical data
- Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
- Proven leadership and organizational savvy
- Having a driving license (SIM) type A
- Willing to work in field and also to be Placed in Palembang
3. Admin (Ternate, Maluku)
Your ‘day to day’
- You will be responsible to process and control revenue collections, disbursement and general administrations activity or transactions at area office in line with policy and procedures.
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum of Bachelor degree (S1) from any discipline, Finance or Accounting preferable with minimum GPA 2.75
- Fresh Graduate are welcome to apply
- Excellent computer literacy (Ms. Office esp Ms. Excel)
- Having skill in Macro Excel will be advantaged
- Good in English, both verbal and written
- Good in accounting principles
- Sound knowledge of data management and operating standard office equipment
- Detail oriented and achievement oriented

- Able to handle huge crucial data / information
