Perusahaan Pemerintah Spanyol, Enadimsa, memasang tawaran untuk Blok 8 di wilayah Tanjung, Kalimantan Selatan, karena batubara diketahui keberadaannya di daerah tersebut dari singkapan yang telah dipetakan oleh ahli-ahli geologi Belanda pada tahun 1930an dan dari perpotongan pada sumur minyak yang telah dibor oleh Pertamina pada tahun 1960an.
Tidak ada perusahaan lain yang memasang tawaran untuk blok tersebut, karena pada waktu itu lokasi tersebut dianggap terlalu jauh di pedalaman dan memiliki kualitas batubara yang rendah.

Dalam Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) yang diselenggarakan pada tanggal 9 Februari 2022, para pemegang saham menyetujui perubahan nama perseroan menjadi PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk yang sebelumnya merupakan PT Adaro Energy Tbk. Perubahan ini menandakan status perusahaan sebagai perusahaan nasional dan menunjukkan komitmen PT Adaro Energy Indonesia Tbk untuk berkontribusi lebih jauh ke Indonesia.

1. Software System Developer

  • Deadline 31 Agustus 2023

Job Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze software requirements.
  • Design and develop software systems and applications based on the defined requirements.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using appropriate programming languages and frameworks.
  • Conduct unit testing and debugging of software components to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Participate in code reviews to ensure compliance with coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and fix software defects.
  • Integrate software components with existing systems and third-party applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues and provide technical support as needed.
  • Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to propose innovative solutions.
  • Document software designs, processes, and implementation details.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of software systems.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Software System Developer or a similar role.
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, C++, Python, or others.
  • Experience with software development methodologies and practices (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
  • Proficiency in software development tools and technologies (IDEs, version control systems, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of database concepts and experience with SQL.
  • Familiarity with web development frameworks, APIs, and protocols as well as DevOps practices and tools.
  • Knowledge of software testing and debugging techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Profound Experience with full-stack development, mobile app development.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing platforms and services.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.

2. ERP Section Head

Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible to lead ERP Supporting team ( Desktop, Functional Consultant and Technical ) to Achieve committed SLA with Functional team
  • Plan, Monitor and Improve ERP Development Performance with Technical Consultant, Partners & Principal (SAP)
  • Ensure ERP Functional Alignment with Holding Company on some of area 
  • Risk Oversee for new functionality in ERP and communicate between stakeholders
  • Coordinate with IT System development for data integration between ERP dan Native Application(s) using PO/PI

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree majoring in IT Education with 5 Years Experience in ERP Field 
  • Proficient in Project Management (Certified)
  • SAP-HANA / ABAP / BASIS / MDMD Certified of acknowledge
  • Proficiency in English is a must
  • Has numerous experience in IT Project Manager, with  Couple of cycle Project  as PMO for SAP Project Manager 
  • Has Broad Knowledge for SAP-HANA Modules ( FICOPSFM, PPQM, HCM & PM ) and Process Orchestrator, preferred as functional or Technical Analyst 
  • Has Experience and Knowledge with SAP-BW 
  • Decent knowledge in MDM (Master data management)

3. Occupational Health (oh) Supervisor

Job Responsibilities :

  • To make a plan, implementation and evaluation of occupational health programs based on the four pillars: preventive, promotive, curative and rehabilitative in order to improve the health status of employees both internal and partners

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in Public Health/ bachelor of Nursing
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Preferably having experience in the field of occupational health at mining companies
  • Preferably understanding Health Risk Assessment (HRA)
  • Having ability to create, implement, and evaluate four occupational health pillar programs
  • Having ability to report accurately and systematically
  • Have effective communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Preferably have Hiperkes and TOT certification
  • Have knowledge about K3LH

4. Drill & Blast Foreman

  • To coordinate with Drill & Blast Supervisor to supervise drilling and blasting activities conducted by partners

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years experience
  • Preferably have experience related to technical and operational drill and blast
  • Preferably familiar with blasting applications with vibration control concentrations
  • Preferably have Kursus Juru Ledak (KJL) Kelas 2 certificate
  • Have knowledge about K3LH

5. Coal Assembly Dispatcher Supervisor

Job Responsibilities :

  • To make a blending plan for blending activity in the coal hauling process
  • To monitor and control to ensure quantity and quality of coal according to demand
  • To conduct analysis related to quantity and quality of coal
  • Research and development project hauling

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Mining Engineering
  • Minimum 2 years of experience
  • Preferably having experience in the field of coal hauling or heavy equipment operator dispatch
  • Have knowledge about K3LH

6. Operational Safety Officer

Job Responsibilities :

  • Manage and ensure operational safety programs related to Sarana Prasarana Instalasi dan Peralatan (SPIP) can operate properly, safely and effective.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering

  • Preferably having experience as Safety Officer 
  • Certified POP

7. Port Staff & Relief Assitant Port Captain

Job Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and record data or information related to the daily operation of special terminal at Kelanis
  • Prepare and process performance data of Port Management Section
  • Collect and process data of repair or improvement activity

Job Requirements :

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree of Ketatalaksanaan Angkatan Laut & Kepelabuhan (KALK)/ Maritime Studies or equivalent
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience as Port Administration Staff, Assistant Port Captain, Chief Officer
  • Preferably experience working in terminal
  • Proficient in English and MS Office

8. Organization Development Supervisor

  • 26 Agustus 2023

Job Responsibilities :

  • Prepare the organizational structure and Man Power Planning according to business development.
  • Carry out job analysis and compose job description along with job competence profile in accordance with organizational design.
  • Conducting job evaluation and recommending the grade to employees.
  • Recommend key performance indicator and job goals for each position and employee.
  • Monitoring and documentation the achievement of job goals of all employees.
  • Analyze and develop succession planning.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree all major, preferably industrial engineering/management/psychology.

9. HR Services Supervisor

Job Responsibilities :

  • Performing remuneration calculations in the system in accordance with company policies, as well as ensuring accurate and timely payroll every month.
  • Check and control the accuracy of all types of payroll transactions and process them into the system so that accurate and up to date transaction data is available.
  • Make reports and payroll analysis and submit them to related parties so that all company expenditure activities related to payment of salaries/wages can be properly documented.
  • Perform registration, calculation and payment of BPJS for employment and health and assist in the process of claims, transfers and termination of membership so that employees can fulfill their obligations and obtain their rights.
  • Carry out part of the recruitment process including the offering stage, making work agreements and hiring into the system in accordance with company policies and applicable procedures.
  • Facilitate and carry out actions in the internal mobilization process system (mutation and rotation) in accordance with applicable procedures.
  • Identify, evaluate, and make periodic continuous improvements to SOP and HR service policies according to organizational policies and dynamics.
  • Identify, implement, evaluate, and make preparations for audits related to HR Services.

Job Requirements :

  • S1 All majors.
  • Minimum 3 years work experience in the field of HR Services / HR Generalist.
  • Advance in data analysis using ms. office.
  • Have knowledge and can operate SAP-HANA.
  • Strong in compensation & benefit matters (analysis, planning, policy, and implementation).
  • Strong in Labor Regulation.
  • Strong in Improvement & Business Process.

10. Mine Project Control Staff

Job Responsibilities :

  • Check project planning and implementation according to regulation
  • Supervising, controlling and monitoring mine project activities carried out by partners

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mine Engineer, Civil Engineer or Industrial Engineer
  • Experience 1- 2 years
  • Familiarity with Ms Excel, Ms Project, AutoCAD and project control tools
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
