PT AirAsia Indonesia Tbk yang sebelumnya dikenal dengan nama PT Rimau Multi Putra Pratama Tbk (RMPP) adalah perusahaan terbuka yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Perubahan nama dari RMPP menjadi AAID telah disetujui oleh Kementerian Hukum dan Hak Asasi Manusia Republik Indonesia.

Lowongan Kerja PT AirAsia Indonesia Tbk

Saat ini AirAsia Indonesia memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. Legal Executive

Responsibilities :

  • Draft and review legal documents (excluding contracts).
  • Assist in resolving legal disputes and participate in settlement discussions.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and revision of internal policies and procedures.
  • Conduct legal research to stay informed about laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
  • Prepare reports and collaborate with internal teams to collect, verify, and organize data for reporting purposes.
  • Collaborate with sworn translators and proofread translated documents for accuracy and adherence to legal standards.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in law
  • 3-5 years of legal experience (experience in litigation is a plus)
  • Skills in legal research, litigation, attention to detail, and a good understanding of relevant laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written

2. Logistic Supervisor

Responsibilities :

  • Administer and conduct all import and export processes for aircraft spare parts, overseeing deliveries and shipments via airfreight or sea freight.
  • Prepare the annual tender for Custom Brokerage and Freight Forwarding services, ensuring the optimal selection of service providers.
  • Perform internal and external audits to ensure adherence to regulations and oversee external agents like Freight Forwarders and Customs Brokers.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with government regulations, industry standards, and internal policies for the import and export of aircraft spare parts.
  • Generate accurate reports and maintain documentation, ensuring timely submission.
  • Collaborate with the Tax department to facilitate tax exemption processes related to aircraft spare parts.
  • Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions for Export Import Procedures.
  • Liaise with Air Asia overseas, suppliers, and Freight Forwarders to manage export-import arrangements, shipment coordination, and compliance with procedures and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth customs clearance processes.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum of a Diploma Degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the aviation industry (supply chain/logistics) is advantageous, or exposure to Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Customs Brokerage.
  • Proficiency in understanding PLB (Bonded Zone) Customs processes.
  • Experience in Customs Audit procedures.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.
  • Willingness to work in the Cengkareng area

3. Contract Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Negotiate and draft contracts and legal documents.
  • Review contract terms and conditions and ensure compliance.
  • Manage contract amendments, modifications, and disputes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and monitor contract performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business units and vendors.
  • Assist the Head of Legal as needed.
  • Provide final approval for translated documents (proofreading).

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in law or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Total of 10 years of experience in contract management or related field.
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities.
  • In-depth understanding of legal and regulatory standards.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

4. Corporate Secretary Manager

Job Description :

  • Monitoring Regulatory Compliance:
    • Stay updated on developments in the regulatory landscape, particularly related to the Capital Market sector.
  • Advisory Role for Board Compliance:
    • Provide strategic advice to the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Promoting Corporate Governance:
    • Support the implementation of good corporate governance practices, including:
    • Timely disclosure of information to the public.
    • Submitting reports to regulatory authorities.
    • Organizing General Meetings of Shareholders.
    • Coordinating Board meetings.
    • Facilitating corporate orientation programs.
  • Stakeholder Liaison:
    • Act as a liaison between the company, shareholders, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders.

Functional Responsibilities :

  • Meeting Management:
    • Organize and document meetings for the Board of Directors, Board of Commissioners, and Committees.
  • Report Compilation:
    • Oversee the creation of the Annual Report and Sustainability Report for the Company.
  • Communication Coordination:
    • Serve as the central communication point between the Company and Committees under the Board of Commissioners.
  • Leadership in Corporate Actions:
    • Lead and oversee the implementation of Corporate Actions by the Company.
