1. Corporate Finance & Accounting

Job Description :

  • Collect company funds in terms of investment and debt
  • Manage short-term finances
  • Analyze potential funds
  • Regulate the distribution of profits obtained
  • Make financial reports
  • Compile necessary data and analyze it against company revenue
  • Conduct interpretation of financial results

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in Accounting, finance, or other related field
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economy or other relevant major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence
  • Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with accounting software is a plus
  • Willingness to travel all around Indonesia

2. Management Trainee Administration Departement Head

Job Description :

  • Review and analyze potential risk, and provide insight to inform strategic decision-making
  • Analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports for management and other stakeholders
  • Building relationships with the government, banks, companies, leasing institutions, and the community
  • Monitoring accounting and management processes

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in Accounting, Finance, Auditor or other related field
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economy, Management, or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Willing to be located throughout Indonesia

3. IT Associate

Job Description :

  • Assist with software and hardware maintenance
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new IT initiatives
  • Communicate project progress and update to stakeholders

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in a Corporate or IT role
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or other related field
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Understanding of IT systems and processes
  • Strong attention to detail

4. Internal Audit

Job Description :

  • Prepare for the annual internal audit by reviewing documents
  • Determine the frequency of audits, the subject of inspection, and others
  • Examine and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of operations, finance, and accounting
  • Identify gaps and recommend risk avoidance
  • Ensure the company’s compliance
  • Make an audit report

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in the field of Auditor, Accounting, Finance, Risk or other related field
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economy or other related major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understand and update developments related to audit regulations

5. Corporate Legal Associate

Job Description :

  • Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)
  • Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies
  • Specify internal governance policies and regularly monitor compliance
  • Research and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations
  • Apply effective risk management techniques and offer proactive advise on possible legal issues
  • Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust
  • Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights
  • Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces
  • Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization
  • Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility
  • Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation

Requirements :

  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law with minimum GPA 3,25
  • Freshgraduate or maximum of 2 years’ experience as an Corporate Legal
  • Proven experience as a Legal Counsel in business environment
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
  • Full comprehension of the influences of the external environment of a corporation
  • Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
  • High degree of professional ethics and integrity
  • Sound judgement and ability to analyze situations and information
  • Outstanding communication skills

6. Organization Development

Job Description :

  • Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
  • Designing and implementing a variety of developmental initiatives, action plans, programs, and training materials.
  • Interviewing personnel and facilitating targeted skills development initiatives.
  • Consulting with the human resources department to guide the utilization, development, or hiring of personnel.
  • Leading business optimization initiatives by conducting individual or group training sessions for personnel.
  • Contributing to the restructuring of departments to increase efficiency and align activities with business objectives.
  • Optimizing personnel utilization by increasing cross-functionality and interdepartmental cooperation.
  • Measuring the impact of interventions on staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.
  • Advising executives and senior managers and recommending efficient and cost-effective solutions for identified challenges.
  • Documenting processes and presenting progress reports to executives and senior managers.

Requirements :

  • A minimum Bachelor’s degree in Statistic or Industrial Engineering with minimum GPA 3.25
  • Freshgraduate or maximum of 2 years’ experience as an organizational development specialist
  • Extensive knowledge of skills development and capacity building strategies
  • Advanced proficiency in office and business administration software
  • Exceptional interpersonal, as well as written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
  • Superb analytical and time-management skills
