1. Talent Acquisition and Management Assistant Manager Golden Lamian

Responsibilities :

  • Handle end to end recruitment and talent management process in operational Food & Beverage (strategic, planning, and executor)
  • Strong data, fast learner

Requirements :

  • S1 in any major, prefer Psychology/ Human Resource
  • Same position in minimum 2 years (at least leader position and handle operational/ blue colar)
  • Background in F&B / retail industry is a must

2. HR Supervisor Sozo Dental

Responsibilities :

  • Handle end to end recruitment process with big expantion business
  • Strong data, fast learner

Requirements :

  • Minimum 2 years experience with HR Recruitment process (industry lifestyle/ dental operational)
  • Have knowledge about Man Power, Budget, and recruitment administration and tools

3. Operation Excellence Analyst

Responsibilities :

  • Analyze internal data and identify opportunities and risks
  • Support and participate in continuous improvement projects across the organization
  • Support the commercial teams with building cost models and forecasts

Requirements :

  • Understand the customer in order to create value
  • Eliminate waste at every opportunity
  • Engage change where work happens
  • Be transparent and data driven

4. AVP of Human Resource

Responsibilities :

  • Developing and implementing strategic HR plans and policies to support the company’s mission and strategy
  • They collaborate with the management team, oversee HR operations, guide HR executives, ensure compliance with labor laws, and analyze HR effectiveness

Requirements :

  • Knowledge of human resources and employment law
  • To be thorough and pay attention to detail
  • The ability to work well with others
  • The ability to monitor your own performance and that of your colleagues
  • Business management skills
