Saat ini PT Prima Usaha Era Mandiri (A&W Indonesia) memberikan kesempatan untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Training Development Staff

Requirements :

• Male
• Maximum 30 years old
• Bachelor degree in any major
• Candidates with 1-2 years of related experience or fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Intermediate level in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Proficient in foreign language (both spoken and written)
• Posses a Training Certification (would be a plus)
• Experienced in organizational roles
• Experienced in conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA)
• Willing to work on Saturday, Sunday, and Public holiday if required

Job Descriptions :

• Develop training materials based on company’s needs
• Prepare necessary documents for training purposes
• Create training schedules based on company’s needs
• Identify qualified employees for promotion in alignment with company needs

2. Marketing Executive

Requirements :

• Maximum 29 years old
• Bachelor degree in any major
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of related experience are welcome to apply
• Having knowledge of digital marketing, promotion and promotional materials
• Must fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible, hard worker and creative

Job Descriptions :

• Develop strategies and managing marketing campaigns to increase lead
• Enhance brand awareness in digital media
• Making digital strategy and campaign in all advertising
• Assist Marketing Manager to ensure any type of campaign material on track
• Tracking campaigns post-launch sales performances and work with Marketing Manager on sales analysis

3. MIS Assistant Manager

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Familiar with Navision, POS Systems, MySQL, SQL Server, APIs, LAN/WAN, Routers, and Servers
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to perform effectively under pressure in dynamic environments

Job Descriptions :

• Assist MIS Manager in development of information system
• Manage company assets
• Monitor and manage pricing and promotional campaigns
• Provide support for internal projects
• Manage and maintain servers and network

4. Graphic Designer

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Communication Design or related field of study
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of related experience are welcome to apply
• Basic command of English
• Highly proficient in Adobe (Illustrator, Photoshop and Indesign)
• Experience in F&B industry and food photography will be an added advantage
• Dynamic and pro-active personality, able to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Job Description :

• Conceptualise, design and develop above the line and below the line projects
• Conceptualise, design and develop packaging and in-restaurant murals
• Ability to translate marketing objectives into creative strategies, design, and plan
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
• Work with a wide range of media including in-restaurant communications
• Support ad-hoc marketing activities as required

5. Marketing Assistant Manager

Requirements :

• Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, or Communication study program
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related fields in required for this position
• Fluent in english
• Ability to multi task and prioritize work flow
• Previous experience in social media and digital space
• Creative, Organized, Active and initiative
• Strong business writing and presentation skills

Job Description :

• Develop, analyze, and evaluate the work program and targets of the Marketing Division
• Ensure the availability of promotional themes and determine product publication strategies to the mass media
• Prepare and supervise the Marketing Division’s financial budget
• Managing integrated marketing campaigns from inception to completion
• Work with professional to plan for social media content and strategy
