Didirikan oleh PT Kreasi Bali Prima, Atlas Beach Fest merupakan tempat yang memberikan pengalaman suasana unik, rumah bir, lounge, dan klub malam yang berkonsep profesional.

Atlas Beach Club di Bali ini menawarkan bar pantai yang terpanjang di Asia serta kolam renang pinggir pantai terpanjang di Asia Tenggara. menjadi klub pertama yang menghadirkan gelaran beach festival dunia dan mampu menampung sampai dengan 15.000 orang.

Lowongan Kerja PT Kreasi Bali Prima (Atlas Beach Fest)

Saat ini Atlas Beach Fest memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. Production House Manager

Job Description :

  • Managing the entire production team
  • Preparing and monitoring the production schedules
  • Planning and coordinating production activities
  • Developing strategies to meet the production goals
  • Managing the production budget and tracking all the bills
  • Working in collaboration with the Marketing Creative team
  • Checking the inventory level and restocking them as and when required
  • Preparing monthly production reports.

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Films, Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related degree
  • 2+ years of working experience as a Production Coordinator, Production Assistant, or a similar position in the Media industry
  • Familiarity with all the production aspects
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities for the smooth running of the production house
  • Ability to meet project deadlines
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Minimum 2nd vaccinated

2. Photographer & Videographer

Job Description :

  • Responsible creating  high quality, capturing fun and brand friendly moments photos or videos for promotional and advertising campaigns
  • Responsible for capturing all product content including but not limited to food & drink, venue, staff, clothing
  • Responsible for all photographic and video content from start to finish including capturing content and editing for the needs of output
  • To curate a strong gallery of aspirational images and video content which will be used to reflect the brand in marketing and press
  • Play a key role in assisting to shape the visual storyline of content touchpoints while assisting to maintain the brands digital asset library
  • Use various media including graphics, animations, data visualisation, music and voice overs to create professional grade content
  • Coordinate all activities and materials supporting each photographic and video shoot project
  • To work with clearly detailed content briefs provided as well as creating content briefs

Qualification :

  • Male, 30 year old maximum 2nd dose vaccinated
  • Excellent knowledge of photography/videograhy within the digital domain
  • Portfolio of design work
  • Experience with industry standard editing tools and asset management software
  • Must have good communication and people skills
  • Ability to multi-task while showing commitment to detail
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Must have excellent editing skills especially with photo and video programmes such as Adobe photoshop, Adobe lightroom, Adobe Premier, Final Cut, etc

3. Partnership Executive

Job Description :

  • Campaign scheduling and planning on monthly basis
  • Creative, out of the box, and consistently conduct campaign ideas discussion with partners
  • Achieved target for X numbers of campaign launching monthly
  • Measure each campaign result with clear KPI / target
  • Daily and weekly report to DOS / Head of Sales
  • Working closely with Sponsorship Manager to understand the strategy
  • Update CRM regularly
  • Growing Partnership database in Bali, outside Bali and Internationally

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management, or related
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in related job
  • Well organized, tech savvy, familiar with CRM
  • Expert in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiar working with Leisure, Entertainment, FMCG brand
  • Minimum 2nd vaccinated

4. Sales Manager

Job Description :

  • Managing all incoming inquiry from all channels (email, internal group, CS team) together with Sales Inbound Coordinator
  • Managing day to day Sales Inbound Coordinator and its admin activity, e nsuring all BEO are process and requested punctually
  • Ensuring smooth flow between Client inquiry – BEO management – BEO request to Ops Kitchen group
  • Ensuring all payment process (Down payment & Balance Payment) are tidy, smooth, and well-organized admin
  • Ensuring communication process from each event with Ops Kitchen, Sales Outbound, Finance team, and the clients are documented properly with good process
  • Weekly sales report & review together with Head of Sales / DOS & Director of Ops
  • Competitor review, business trend sharing on regular basis (quarterly)
  • Reviewing Sales incentive quarterly together with DOS to ensure it’s relevant with Team’s achievement
  • Incentive monthly report
  • Achieving monthly Sales Target

Qualification :

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, management, or related
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet management
  • Exceptional ability to plan banquets, manage budgets, and meet deadlines
  • Well organized, tech savvy, expert with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to collaborate with other departments
  • In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Minimum 2nd vaccinated

5. Quality Assurance (QA)

Job Description :

  • Documenting and reporting product or service quality levels
  • Developing and implementing standards for inspection
  • Developing a workflow for product inspection
  • Developing plans to help a company manage waste
  • Communicating with other team members to solve problems
  • Following up with the appropriate channels when mistakes are found
  • Training other quality insurance members on all inspection processes

Qualification :

  • Male/Female, 30 years old maximum 2nd dose vaccinated
  • Bachelor degree of Hospitality Management, FnB Service or related fields
  • Understand about food, beverage, and service audit in Hotel/Bar
  • Working knowledge of products and services
  • In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies
  • Sharp attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written

6. Assistant Chief Security

Job Description :

  • Assisting the Chief Security in planning and implementing security and safety strategies
  • Overseeing security personnel, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
  • Developing and maintaining security policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Managing security and safety equipment
  • Collaborating with law enforcement agencies and emergency services
  • Conducting security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities

Qualification :

  • Minimum 3 years experience in security and safety management with prior leadership roles in security and safety
  • Certifications: Depending on the organization and industry, certifications such as Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Certified Security Professional (CSP), or Emergency Management certifications may be required or preferred.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of security and safety protocols, risk assessment, emergency response, and regulatory compliance
  • Strong leadership and management skills to involves supervising security personnel and leading security and safety initiatives.
  • The ability to assess security risks, develop mitigation strategies, and respond to emergencies
  • Familiarity with security and safety technology, including surveillance systems, access control, and incident reporting software.
  • Flexibility working irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as well as being on-call for emergencies.
  • The ability to work collaboratively with other departments and agencies to ensure the safety and security of the organization is important
