1. Concierge Offcer

Job Description :

• Build and maintain good relationship with customers
• Provide excellent service to customers
• Monitor and ensure all public facilities are running well as standard
• Monitor the execution of Grand Indonesia tenant’s promotional programs and activities

Qualification :

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor Degree from any major
• Understanding the essential of hospitality standards
• Fluent in English, both vebal and written
• Able to speak other international language
• Responsible, reliable and possess a professional presentation
• Outstanding customer services skill is required
• Technology Savvy

2. IT Officer

Job Description :

• Log all calls on the call logging system and maintain full documentation
• Responsible to dispatching all issues and problem to the relevant IT Support member
• To remind the technical team to escalate the issue if it can’t be handled by the technical team
• Handle administrative detail
• Compose correspondance and reports for IT departement
• Check and ensure procedures for IT are applied and have documentation

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics
• Have a minimum of 1-years’ experience in related field. However, fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Have knowledge of Network and Security devices and Servers
• Have skills and knowledge of Google Sheet Formula & Function, Ms Project, Ms Visio, Ms Office, Windows Family Client, and Server
• Excellent in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken
• Familiar with the software and hardware of Network, PC’s and Server

3. Supervisor Gondola

Job Description :

• Check vendor performance productivity levels on a daily basis
• Supervise all outsourced personnel activities and services to ensure tenants receive efficient, prompt and courteous interior and exterior surface cleaning service
• Ensuring teams work together to deliver quality work to strict deadlines
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations at all times
• Performing equipment material and routine site inspections
• Conducting regular meetings and routine site and equipment inspection with related parties involved in all areas
• Staying up-to-date with safety codes and advancements in construction
• Maintain adequate personal care, hygiene, uniform, appearance and fundamental safety and health requirements

Qualifications :

• Diploma (D3) Engineering
• Minimum of 2 years experience working with gondolas for high-risk buildings with a vertical cleaning contractor
• Great accuracy, emotional stability and signal sensitivity
• Bold and healthy physical health. Speed in acting and making decisions
• Proficiency in computers especially in Microsoft Office
• Having chemical knowledge for cleaning and gondola activity
