PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk adalah salah satu perusahaan makanan dan minuman yang terbesar di Indonesia. Berdiri pada 1990, kegiatan bisnis Garudafood telah dirintis sejak 1979 oleh pendiri perusahaan melalui PT Tudung Putra Jaya (TPJ), sebuah perusahaan di Pati, Jawa Tengah, yang memasarkan produk kacang yang kemudian dikenal sebagai Kacang Garuda (Garuda Peanut). Sejumlah produknya mencakup biskuit, kacang, pilus, pellet snack, “confectionery”, minuman susu, bubuk cokelat, keju dan salad dressing. Garudafood mengekspor produk-produknya ke lebih dari 20 negara, berfokus di negara-negara ASEAN, Tiongkok dan India.

Management Trainee (MT)
1. Finance Accounting And Commercial Finance
Responsibilities :
- Our Management Trainee Program (24 months) is designed to nurture and develop future leaders in different key business functions of our organization, with potential exposure with potential exposure in Finance & Accounting and Commercial Finance Division:
- Acceleration Program to Develop the future leaders of the company
- Knowledgeable Inclass experiences
- Valueable mentoring for many business process of the company
Qualification :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Finance / Accounting with GPA minimum 3.00
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Demonstrate strong structural thinking ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills and a great team player
- Proficient in spoken & written English
- Enjoy working with numbers & formulas
- Mastering Ms. Excel or other calculation programs
- Have Initiate & Self learner
- Strong Leadership & Good Teamwork
- Good analytical & conceptual skills
- Good interpersonal & communication skill
- Never involve in crime and drugs
- Willing to be under working commitment to Garudafood for 4 years
- Willing to be placed in all areas of Garudafood Group’s business operations (domestic & overseas)

2. Research & Development

Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree Major Food Technology / Food Engineering / Agricultural Product Engineering with GPA Minimum, 3.00
- Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Demonstrate strong structural thinking ability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership skills and a great team player
- Fluent in English, both oral and written
- Good written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Never involve in crime and drugs
- Willing to be under working commitment to Garudafood for 4 years
- Willing to be placed in Garudafood Business Unit
