1. Infrastructure Architect

Job Description :

  • The Infrastructure Architect translates the overall business strategy into an infrastructure architecture strategy. He/She defines future state infrastructure architecture design considerations based on current and future business requirements. He engages business leaders and synthesises critical infrastructure gaps, current technology environment, and anticipated business and user challenges to inform architecture design.
  • He/She determines design specifications of the future state infrastructure architecture, and develops the infrastructure architecture blueprint, roadmap for implementation, as well as plans for the integration of new systems architecture into existing infrastructure. He oversees the implementation of infrastructure architecture and ensures transition of current business practices and processes to enable delivery of appropriate solutions for the business. He also evaluates infrastructure performance against changing business and user requirements to inform architecture design changes.
  • He/She is familiar with enterprise architecture methodologies and frameworks, and architecture modelling tools. He/She is knowledgeable of various cloud, network, storage and security technologies, as well as cloud computing models and services.
  • The Infrastructure Architect adopts an analytical and strategic thinking approach to developing innovative infrastructure design that meets business requirements. He/She possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is able to influence key stakeholders and build strategic relationships with partners and vendors.

Infrastructure Architect Requirement :

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatic Engineering, Information System, Computer Engineering, Electro Engineering or a related field is often preferred
  • Minimum 5 years work experience as Infrastructure Architect or similar role

2. Network Architect

Job Description :

  • A Network Architect is responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing a company’s network architecture. Playing a crucial role, the Network Architect ensures the reliability, security, and high performance of the network infrastructure.
  • Their primary responsibilities encompass network design, where they develop efficient and scalable network architectures tailored to the company’s needs. This includes Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), Virtual Private Networks (VPN), and cloud-based networks. Part of their role also involves identifying the latest network technologies to enhance performance and security.
  • In terms of infrastructure implementation, the Network Architect manages the deployment and configuration of network hardware and software. This involves installing, configuring, and deploying network devices such as switches, routers, firewalls, load balancers, and wireless access points, adhering to industry best practices. Ensuring network security and compliance with security standards is a critical part of their job.
  • The Network Architect regularly monitors and analyzes the network to optimize its performance. They design strategies to increase bandwidth and reduce latency, ensuring efficient network operation. He/She also implements effective network security measures, including firewalls, VPNs, and intrusion detection systems. They also identify and respond to network security incidents, maintaining the integrity and safety of the network.
  • Finally, He/She plans and manages network capacity to meet current and future needs. They identify and address bottlenecks in the network infrastructure, ensuring the network’s robustness and ability to scale as the company grows.

Network Architect Requirement :

  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatic Engineering, Information System, Computer Engineering, Network Engineering or a related field is often preferred
  • Minimum 5 years work experience as Network Architect or similar role
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Cisco Certified Design Professional, Juniper Networks Certified Design Associate) are a plus

3. Program Manager

Job Description :

  • Establish the organisation’s program management framework :
    • Define the program objectives, requirements, and risks to ensure program alignment with the organisation’s strategic plan, objectives, priorities, vision, and mission statement
    • Define the high-level road map and/or framework to set a baseline for program definition, planning, and execution
    • Develop program and project management standards and structures using industry best practices and organisational standards to drive efficiency and consistency among projects and deliver program objectives.
    • Solicit management’s approval for the program by presenting the program charter with its high-level costs, milestone schedule and benefits
    • Create and refine the product vision between stakeholders and the team
  • Develop program plans :
    • Develop a program charter to initiate and design program and benefits
    • Develop milestone, accountability matrix and standard measurement criteria for program
    • Identify opportunities to improve utilisation of manpower, information and material and/or technology for program implementation
    • Develop key performance indicators to implement scope and quality management system within the program

  • Oversee program implementation :

4. Project Manager

Job Description :

  • Develop project plans :

Job Description :

  • Identify business needs
