Saat ini PT Agincourt Resources sedang membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Supervisor Safety

• Deadline 28 Maret 2025

Qualifications :

• Hold a Diploma in Health and Safety or a related field
• Have at least five (5) years of experience in Safety, preferably within the mining industry
• Hold an SMKP Implementation certification and be a registered internal auditor with an ESDM certificate
• Possess a POP/POM certificate
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Health and Safety principles and best practices
• Be well-versed in the Mine Safety Act and Regulations
• Show expertise in risk assessment and risk management
• Have strong knowledge of incident investigation to identify root causes and implement corrective actions
• Be familiar with open-pit mining operations and the use of Heavy Moving Equipment (HME)
• Exhibit strong interpersonal skills, fostering teamwork and maintaining a collaborative work environment
• Display initiative, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently to achieve objectives
• Demonstrate proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
• Be eligible to obtain an Indonesian Driver’s License
• Have strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Possess excellent communication and active listening skills, both verbal and written
• Show a commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement
• Demonstrate the ability to build positive working relationships, foster teamwork, and respect diverse perspectives
• Be skilled in developing and managing short-term and long-term work plans, ensuring progress is effectively monitored and evaluated
• Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct research, process information efficiently, and develop innovative solutions

2. Senior Metallurgist

• Deadline 2 April 2025

The Senior Metallurgist will be tasked with :

• Monitoring and reporting on plant performance: Ensuring all processes and equipment operate at optimal efficiency, identifying and addressing any performance issues
• Providing technical and operational guidance: Contributing expertise to enhance process efficiency, recommending improvements, and supporting continuous optimization efforts
• Supervising plant metallurgists and laboratory test work: Leading and mentoring metallurgists while overseeing laboratory testing to ensure accuracy, reliability, and effectiveness in metallurgical evaluations

Applicants for this position are required to fulfill the following qualifications and criteria:

• Educational Background: Possess a tertiary qualification in Metallurgy, Mineral Processing, or Chemical Engineering
• Relevant Experience: Demonstrated experience in Carbon in Leach (CIL) and Semi-Autogenous Grinding (SAG) milling
• Gold Processing Expertise: A minimum of five years of experience in a metallurgical role within gold processing
• Licenses and Certifications: Hold a valid driver’s license and, if possible, a Personal Occupational Proficiency (POP) certification
• Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of metallurgical processing methods, tools, raw materials, and technologies
• Safety Awareness: Comprehensive knowledge of occupational hazards in the mineral processing industry
• Instructional Comprehension: Ability to interpret and effectively execute written and verbal instructions, including engineering drawings
• Adaptability & Professional Growth: Demonstrate adaptability to workplace culture and a commitment to continuous self-development
