MANAGEMENT TRAINEE (MT)

Job Description :

• Grand Indonesia Management Trainee Program is intended for those highly motivated individuals who want to pursue a career in the retail and property industry and prepare themselves to understand the whole business process for their future leadership roles within our company
• You will gain insight into how our business operates and how to elevate the customer convenience. You will be given the opportunity to contribute while developing your professional expertise in a dynamic team environment

Qualifications :

• Bachelor Degree or Master Degree from any major with a minimum GPA is 3.0 out of 4.00
• Pursuing a degree qualification with solid academic background, with an expected graduation of December 2023 and available to start from July 2024 onwards
• Willing to undergo 2 years of service bond throughout the program period
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic in the retail and property industry with an open mind to learn all functions
• Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills
• A strong team player who is proactive, responsive, and can thrive in a fast-paced & collaborative environment
• Active in school or comunity organizations, and have leadership experience is a plus point
• Fluent in English both in spoken and written at the business level is strongly required
