OT Retail memulai bisnisnya dengan toko minuman pada tahun 2010, BOTTLE AVENUE dan VINYARD, berlokasi di Bali. Pada tahun 2013 OT Retail memperluas bisnisnya dengan mendirikan dua merek ritel, yaitu BEAU dan MOR. BEAU merupakan tempat pertama di Indonesia yang menyediakan semua produk kecantikan, mudah dijangkau, dan dengan pelayanan terbaik. Sementara MOR adalah Convenience Store pertama asli Indonesia. Dan hanya butuh waktu setahun saja bagi OT Retail untuk meluncurkan merek barunya.
Dan pada tahun 2019, di bulan Juni, OT Retail telah membangun 100 toko. Bersamaan juga dengan dibentuknya PT Tatareta Ritel Indonesia yang menjadi holding OT Ritel Group.

1. Secretary
Job Description :
- Perform administrative secretarial duties
- Follow up and coordinate tasks and projects
- Arrange meeting schedules and create Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree with a GPA minimum 3.00
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field

2. SPV Legal
Job Description :
- Manage licensing of goods such as bringing blood samples out and into the country
- Update the company licensing database
- Maintaining good relationship with government
- Assist in all ussues related to licensing
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in law with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 2 years of experiences in recruitment or related HR field
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin will be priority

3. Marketing Consultant
Job Description :
- Explaining to potential customer about company’s products specification and services
- Closing Deal thorough face to face with customer, asisting customer and supporting customer’s requests
Qualifications :
- Minimum requirement Bachelor Degree in any field (Preferred in Marketing & Business)
- Fluent in English, able to speak in Mandarin will be prioritized
- Experience in selling products related to Health Care and Beauty Clinic will be prioritized

4. Laboratory Operator
Job Descriptions :
- Receiving, labeling and analyzing samples such as blood, tissue, etc & designing then ensuring laboratory operae according standard procedures
Qualifications :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree witha GPA minimum 3.00 with maximum age 30 years old
- Open for fresh graduate, candidate with experience working in Lab will be prioritized
- Having knowledge of laboratory techniques in biochemistry, genetics, cellular biology, molecular biology & understanding of cGTP/GMP
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin will be a plus

5. Purchasing Staff – Medical
Job Description :
- Source and buy materials, goods, and services related to medical stuff
- Negotiate with vendor & Interview prospective supplier
Qualification :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree with a GPA minimum 3.00

6. Accounting Staff
Job Description :
- Preparing and reporting financial statement monthly & yearly
- Tax administration monthly & yearly, tax filling, account payable and costing
- Maintaining record and filling
- Maintaining account receivable
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Minimum GPA 3.00)
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Have Brevet A&B and Costing certificate
