1. Accounting Staff
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- 1-year experience as accountant or auditor (fresh graduate welcome to apply)
- Good in Microsoft Office (especially advanced in Microsoft Excel)
- Experienced Working with ERP and Have a good understanding of accounting principles
- Good Communication (both spoken & written) in English & Indonesian
- Ability to supervise, multi-task, work under pressure, and meet dateline
- Well organized, good analytical thinking and attention to detail & accuracy
Job Descriptions:
- Accounting B2B & Partnership Staff:
- Prepare customer invoice for collection to partner in a timely manner
- Record payment from partner
- Ensure manual transactions are recorded, billed, and paid timely
- Ensure correct fee percentage billed to partner based on agreement
- Follow up for any outstanding and unbilled transaction to commercial
2. Finance Operational Staff
Job Descriptions :
- Coordinate and execute financial transactions and activities
- Manage day-by-day daily operations, prepare and check all document submit from other division
- Liaise with Bank and responsible for daily finance transactions
- Supporting the finance manager/spv with projects and tasks when required
- Create efficient and effective methods for tracking financial data, assisting in the audit process by providing information and data as requested
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years experience in finance
- In-depth knowledge of payment / finance process
- Possess an understanding of of tax
- Good Understanding in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Words and Excel)
- Meticulous and thorough at work
3. Finance Accounting International & Group Tax Manager
Job Descriptions:
- Manage Finance & Accounting in Several Country including Audit & Other Compliance
- Manage Group Tax (Indonesia & Several Country) including Tax Planning, Tax Improvement & Strategy
- Synergy improvement process between entity
Requirements:
- At least 3 years experience in manager/assistant manager in Finance, Accounting & Tax Area, with strong experience in International Standard and Tax Management
- Strong analytical skill in Numbers with a large amount of data
- Risk Sensing is required
- Fluent communication in English is a must
4. Accounting For Reporting Team Leader
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- 4-5 years experience as an accountant or auditor
- Excellent In Microsoft Office (especially advanced in Microsoft Excel)
- Experienced Working with ERP and Have a good understanding of accounting principles
- Good Communication (both Spoken & Written) in English & Bahasa
- Ability to supervise, multi-task, work under pressure, and Meet Dateline
- Well organized, good Analytical thinking and attention to detail & accuracy
Job Descriptions:
- Evaluate daily accounting activity
- Monitor, analyze, and Reconcile Promo and other revenue transaction
- Prepares General Ledger Journal Entries, maintain records and files and balance sheet & Profit Loss account reconciliation for disclosure Purpose (notes to financial statement)
- Prepare assessment for auditor purpose
- Manage Month-end closing process
- Provide practicable solution if any accounting issue
- Help to handle data requests and inquiries from an external auditor
- Prepare ad hoc request
5. Accounting Revenue & Refund Hotel Tiket Network Pte Ltd Team Leader
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Have graduated from Accounting (S1)
- Thorough and proactive
- Good command of Microsoft Office (Especially Excel)
- Having experience in IPO company
- Minimum 3 years experience in Accounting/ Audit
Job Descriptions:
- Preparing journal entries for refund and reschedule
- Collecting vouchers, documents, and other supporting documents
- Contact with partners to complete all information for Preparing journal entries
- Assist senior staff in Preparing supporting documents if any CPA audit
- Report all the jobs to the SPV
- Support and help provide guidance during audits.
- Performing reconciliations of general ledger accounts
6. Treasury Executive
Job Descriptions:
- Overlook documentations related to Banking and FI partners
- Prepare and communicate daily activity reports for Treasury
- Prepare and register payments
- Ensure all communications with partners are properly recorded and attended
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Finance
- Proficient in English both oral and written
- Familiar with banking products / forms
- Good Understanding in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Words and Excel)
- Proactive and detail oriented
- Able to work in team
