Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Industrial Engineering, Statistics or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of Demand Planning experience and Supply Chain knowledge in a fast-moving consumer goods company
  • Strong analytical, organizational, decision making and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Demand Management processes in Sales and Marketing as well as supply chain work processes
  • Familiar with Demand Planning concepts and a broad range of computer skills
  • Solid understanding of inventory management practices and procedures
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

2. Assistant Brand Manager

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent
  • With Brand Management experience for at least 2 years, ideally in an FMCG or Consumer Health company
  • Preferably with people management experience
  • Good with business / financial analysis
  • Possesses good communication skills

3. Brand Assistant

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent
  • With Brand Management experience for at least 2 years, ideally in an FMCG or Consumer Health company
  • Preferably with people management experience
  • Good with business / financial analysis
  • Possesses good communication skills

4. Key Accounts Specialist*

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • With at least 1yr selling experience and proven track record of success gained from a reputable fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company
  • Familiar with consumer Trade Channels (Key Accounts, Secondary Accounts and Tertiary Accounts)
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Aggressive and hard working

5. Key Accounts Manager

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • With at least 2 years selling experience and proven track record of success gained from a reputable fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company
  • Familiar with consumer Trade Channels (Key Accounts, Secondary Accounts and Tertiary Accounts)
  • Aggressive and hard working
  • Pro-active and results-oriented

6. Distributor Manager

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Management or equivalent
  • In depth knowledge of Distributor Management, Sales Negotiation and Channel Marketing are musts
  • Supervisory experience gained from fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company.
  • Proven track record of sales performance
  • Pro-active and results-oriented

7. Regional Sales Manager (for Visayas and Mindanao)

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Business and Finance or equivalent
  • Preferably 8-10 years successful work experience in Sales and MarketingWith Managerial experience gained from fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company
  • Strategic, creative and analytical thinker
  • With good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Dynamic personality and must be able to work well with a team

8. Field Training Sales Associate

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field
  • With at least 1-2 years related experience in the related field
  • Preferably supervisory experienced employee specializing in Sales
  • Experienced in direct Sales selling and/or Training is an advantage
  • With excellent presentation and facilitation skills
  • Possesses good interpersonal skills

9. Sales Information Supervisor

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering related course
  • With at least 1-2 years working experience in sales organization in any industry
  • Exposed to any Business Systems / Systems Development / Database Management is a plus

  • Techy, good with numbers

10. Merchandising Operations And Channel Activations Lead

Requirements :

  • Supervises third party agency (scorecard, kpi, etc)

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree in any course

  • Food technology or technical training is a plus
  • Possesses good leadership and negotiating skills

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Export, Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
  • With at least 1-2 years related experience in handling export consumer products food or non-food preferred
  • Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • With good numerical, demand planning and organizational skills
  • Highly organized and keen attention to details
