Perkebunan kelapa sawit PT SMART Tbk (SMART) mencakup sekitar 136.000 hektar (termasuk plasma). Aktivitas utama kami terdiri dari penanaman dan pemanenan pohon kelapa sawit, pengolahan tandan buah segar (TBS) menjadi minyak sawit (CPO) dan inti sawit (PK), hingga memprosesnya menjadi produk industri dan konsumen seperti minyak goreng, margarin, shortening, biodiesel dan oleokimia, serta perdagangan produk berbasis kelapa sawit ke seluruh dunia. SMART juga mengoperasikan 16 pabrik kelapa sawit, 4 pabrik pengolahan inti sawit, 4 pabrik rafinasi, 2 pabrik biodiesel dan 1 pabrik oleokimia di Indonesia.

Saat ini PT SMART Tbk (Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food) membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:
1. Group Management Performance Reporting & Corporate Budget
Job Description :
- Group Management Performance Reporting & Corporate Budget monthly basis, have to prepare consolidated management report for entities under GAR Group
- Have to review management report from US & DS by monthly basis
- Maintain Budget & Realization HO Corporate Cost, quarterly
- Assist Corp, US & DS for any update or information related to process, procedure, socialization / implementation from internal / external parties
- Review reports for external parties (audit, bank related, etc)
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor / Coordinators specializing in Finance – Audit/Taxation or equivalent
- Preferably has experience in Public Accounting Firm
- Computer skill (Ms. Office), Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Hardworking, teamwork, easy going, responsible
2. Operational Internal Audit
Job Description :
- Conduct operational and financial audit review in the business units within the Group.
- Conduct review for compliance with policies, procedures and accounting standards. Ensure that the companies comply with Group policies and procedures.
- Perform process risk analysis, walkthroughs and mapping / flowcharting of key processes.
- Identify areas of weaknesses or improvement opportunities, relevant risks and implications, and propose recommendations to improve controls.
- Prepare formal written reports on audit findings and recommendations.
- Design test procedures. Ensure proper documentation and communication of audit observations and work performed.
- Execute and complete all audits in accordance with department’s standards and KPIs.
- Ascertain that major issues, concerns and/or recommendations raised by internal and external auditors and regulators are resolved satisfactorily.
- Assist in annual risk management, audit planning, consolidation of audit findings, and other administrative matters within the IA Department.
- Performs special reviews as requested by Senior Management and Board of Directors.
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Industrial Engineering, Agronomy, Accounting or equivalent.
- Having minimal 2 years of working experience
- Full-Time position(s) available.
3. Process Excellence Staff
Job Description :
- Develop, review and monitor current policies & procedures
- Propose and implement improvement opportunities ensuring high quality output; Provide input to IT and initiative owners on potential control risks and areas for improvement; Support implementation of group-wide initiatives in BU
- Incorporate BU-specific requirements in process design.
- Manage user authorization policy for BU systems (e.g. user authorization to SAP).
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 2 years experience creating policy/procedure across various business processes using SAP system (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Treasury, Production, etc).
- Experience in lean six sigma will be an advantage.
- Excellent in SAP.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities are required (In Bahasa Indonesia & English).
4. Finance Administration (Sustainability)
Job Description :
- Lead the annual budgeting process in close collaboration with all SSP Heads
- Support teams in making and settling contractual arrangements with vendors
- Support SSP teams to access budgeted funds by managing internal administrative processes and deal with counterparts in FinCon and PSM
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
- Must be fluent in English
- Must have strong administration skills
- Experience in agriculture or banking industry will be an advantage
- Willing to located in South Jakarta
