1. SALES TRAINER
Job Responsibility :
- Work closely with field sales leader to define branch performance gaps as well as recommend and implement changes to people, sales systems and processes
- Implement training programs and curriculum to address the needs and competencies identified in coordination with internal and external parties.
- Plan and manage the overall training and development activities by ensuring effective plan implementation within agreed timeline and with high quality.
- Maintain accuracy of the training records for the assigned area
- Counsel with sales leaders and provide advice on appropriate learning interventions/solutions.
- Provide training to channel partner and external stake holder on product knowledge
Requirement :
- Education minimum Bachelor Degree
- Minimum 3 years experience in sales/marketing with training/public speaking background
- Have excellent understanding in Consumer Goods / OTC commercial (Sales & Marketing) business process
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Good leadership with ability to motivate a team
- Able to coordinate & collaborate cross functionally within organization

2. QUALITY CONTROL SUPERVISOR
Job Responsibility :
- Monitor the collection, packaging, and storage of retained samples in accordance with raw material and packaging material storage procedures
- Perform IPC Analysis, Validation Product, Intermediate Products, Finished Products, and Stability
- Ensure the schedule for taking samples of raw materials and packaging materials according to the timeline
- Analysis of finished products according to procedures
- Ensure the test result according to the lead time
- Ensure QC operations take place according to procedures and lead time
Requirement :
- Education minimum Degree in Apothecary
- Minimum 1 years working experience in a similar position or related industry
- Able to operate instruments in QC lab (HPLC/GC/Spectrophotometer/AAS)
- Have knowledge regarding pharmaceutical product, validation of analytical methods, analysis in the lab Microbiology and Physical Chemistry
- Possess good communication, good leadership skill, proactive, and agile.

3. PPIC MATERIAL SUPERVISOR
Job Responsibility :
- Ensure material availability and support planning for the use of raw materials and packaging materials related to regulatory compliance
- Support launching new products or packaging change projects
- Maintain material inventory (raw materials and packaging materials) so that inventory levels are optimal
- Review and send reports on the income and use of raw materials regularly and in accordance with the specified deadlines
- Ensure and evaluate the implementation of PPI preparation (batch number, recipe, manufacturing date, expiry date, HET and material completeness)
- Ensure and evaluate the list of valid recipes and the implementation of FPDOL for replaced recipes or obsolete products has been carried out properly and appropriately
- Create ideas for improvements and make improvements in the work area and the company in general, including implementing digital improvements
- Maintain quality management system documents for the supply chain area so that the quality management system documents always comply with the updated ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 regulations and ensure implementation in accordance with ISO
- Ensure that K3 implementation and environmental policy implementation are implemented in the work area
Requirement :
- Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy, Industrial Engineering, Management or Chemical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 years working experience in a similar position or related industry
- Able to operate oracle
- Understand about PDCA and have coaching skills

4. ADMINISTRATION
Job Responsibility :
- Ensuring that the management of representative office funds is in accordance with the applicable SOPs.
- Perform physical document archive representative office.
- Optimizing the process of closing representative office cost
- Requirement :
- Education minimum Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- Able to processing data in Ms. Excel
- Have attention to details, thorough and neat

5. PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT STAFF
Job Responsibility :
- Conduct preformulating studies for new product development (literature search, journals, internet).
- Develop simple research designs (including formula designs).
- Conduct lab-scale, pilot-scale, and production support trials for tablets, capsules, liquids, and semi-solids.
- Create research protocols and reports.
- Conduct taste panels for developed products.
- Requirement :
- Education minimum Bachelor Degree Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical or food industry, preferred in gummy
- Basic knowledge of formulation and literature search for formulation.
- Ability to conduct physical evaluation of dosage forms.
- Ability to operate lab-scale trial machines.
- Independent, fast learner, and adaptable.

6. WEIGHING OPERATOR
Job Responsibility :
- Operate weighing machines according to work orders.
- Maintain the quality of raw materials during the weighing process.
- Attach weighing labels, record the handover of production raw materials, and documentation/reconciliation related to weighing.
- Maintain personal hygiene, the weighing room, and weighing equipment in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Implement a quality, environmental, safety and health management system, 5R, continuous improvement in work in accordance with established standards.
- Record and ensure the completeness of weighing documents, as well as maintain the quality and performance of weighing equipment.
Requirement :
- Education minimum High School graduate in Science or Pharmacy Vocational School.
- Possesses basic Math Knowledge
- Understands weighing procedures in accordance with applicable quality, environmental, dan occupational safety and health management standards
- Detail oriented, meticulous, and organized
- Able to work independently or as part of a team.

7. MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
Job Responsibility :
- Controlling, maintaining, repairing and ensuring all production machines are running well
- Perform production machine maintenance according to a predetermined schedule.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance.
- Receive and execute work orders for repair or maintenance of production machinery.
- Coordinate with contractors related to technical maintenance and repair of machines in the field.
Requirement :
- Education minimum Diploma in Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering.
- Able to repair and maintain production machines.
- Able to make and read technical/electrical drawings.
- Able to do analysis and trouble shooting.
