1. Asset Management Staff

Job descriptions :

  • List expiry, update rental, open/close store
  • Create ESOF and vendor
  • In/out documents and innovation

Requirements :

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (International Relations and Affairs or Law)
  • Able to use Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Interest in the retail industry

2. Merchandising Admin Staff

Job Descriptions :

  • Coordinate and communicate with internal teams to manage the flow of merchandise and ensure on-time delivery of products
  • Assist in managing product orders and inventory levels to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels
  • Assist in creating and updating product catalogs, price lists, and other marketing materials
  • Manage and maintain product information and data in internal databases and systems
  • Support the merchandising team in other tasks and projects as needed

Requirements :

  • Educations: Minimum High School Diploma/General Education, Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to use SAP will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English both verbal and written
  • Knowledge of retail operations and trends is a plus
  • Able to work on tight schedule and under pressure

3. Accounting Staff

Job Descriptions :

  • Calculate and maintain record of fixed asset depreciation/disposal/transfer for store opening/closure and provide its monthly reports; perform AUC (Asset Under Construction) clearing in SAP
  • Produce data/reports for internal management and statutory purposes
  • Create number of Internal Order, prepare Capex, AUC, and asset number in the system based on information from finance for Purchasing, P&D, and IT team to ensure all asset has internal order number
  • Provide required data/documents/confirmation/calculation for financial audit

Requirements :

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree from Accounting 
  • Experience: fresh graduates or 1-2 years’ experience in related field 
  • Special skills: SAP, Ms. Excel
  • Ability to handle high-pressure environment with high pace growth
