PT Insera Sena di Sidoarjo, Indonesia, di mana kami bermula sebagai bisnis kecil di Indonesia. Sebagai salah satu merek sepeda global yang memiliki fasilitas manufaktur sendiri, kami dapat merancang proses dan menjaga kualitas dalam semua aspek proses manufaktur sejak tahun 1989 – mulai dari frame welding, painting, hingga assembly.

Saat ini PT Insera Sena (Polygon Bikes) memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Retail Merchandising Display

Responsibility :

• Arrange product distribution in every outlet based on market segmentation and outlet classification
• Arrange strategy and selling program in outlet to achieve selling target
• Work closely with Product Department and Operational Department to distribute new product in outlet
• Solve every issue related to product distribution, supply availability, new product request, etc
• Maintain stock movement of merchandise for our retail store
• Analyze slow and fast moving product and sales report

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor degree graduated in business major from reputable university
• Have minimal 1 years experience as merchandising display is preferable
• Strong in Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking
• Detail oriented
• Diligent, honest, and trustworthy

2. Area Representative

Responsibility :

• Acting as a business consultant with B2B customers in sales area-in-charge
• Controlling sales distribution channels
• Create sales reports and business reviews periodically
• Doing market survey analysis
• Actively achieving sales target

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
• Have a minimum 1-year-old sales distribution experience, fresh graduate is welcome to apply
• Sales and target driven
• Persuasive and have good communication skills
• Having knowledge about the bicycle industry is a plus
• Willing to travel across Indonesia

3. Head Of Marketing

Responsibility :

• Running marketing campaign program in order to build credibility and company brand image for the national regional
• Create and arrange online and offline marketing content for local and global customers to maintain brand activation
• Maintain relationship with media and school for the press release and press conference activity
• Preparing product launching activity
• Preparing collaboration for online and offline event
• Preparing sponsorship needs with athlete or influencer
• Preparing cross-branding collaboration needs with another brand
• Make collaboration regarding marketing strategy

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree in communication or marketing management
• Have 1-3 year(s) experience
• Have knowledge in brand management, marketing management, and advertising
• Fluent in English
• Good time management
• Passionate in sport, especially bicycle is a plus

4. Supply Chain

Responsibility :

• Perform all projects related to supply chain
• Analyze and create supply chain business flow improvement
• Analyze potential local supplier for further partnership
• Develop local supplier to produce standardized raw material for manufacturing process

Requiirements :

• D4 or S1 in any major, welcome to apply, Mechanical Engineering is preferable
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
• Having knowledge about the bicycle industry and love cycling is a plus
• Have attention to detail
• Good analytical thinking, high initiative, and adaptive
• Familiar in Autocad 3D, Solid Work, 3D Printing, and CNC software
• Good in project management
• Passionate in supply chain, material, and manufacturing process

5. Global Customer Support

Responsibility :

• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries under Service Level Agreement (SLA)
• Communicating with customers through various channels using Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
• Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

Requirements :

• Minimum D1/D2/D3 or equivalent (Fresh Graduated are Welcome)
• Experience working with customer support preferred
• Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to analyze and solve customer needs
• Ability to communicate fluently in English
• Comfortable using computers
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Ability to manage social media, communication content, and create social media campaign

6. Warehouse Support

Responsibility :

• Packing promo material for activation purposes
• Make sure the bicycles in the warehouse are set and ready to use
• Create update stock report for bicycle, helmet, and promotion material
• Make sure the warehouse area is clean, neat, and well organized
• Record in and out stock in the warehouse
• Receive and check the incoming stock from vendor/supplier
• In charge for stock transfer process from one warehouse to another

Requirements :

• Minimum graduated from SMA/D3
• Have experience minimum 1 year as warehouse admin is a plus point
• Have SIM A
• Familiar in Microsoft Excel
• Detail oriented
• Diligent, honest, and trustworthy
• Placement Yogyakarta/Sidoarjo

7. Purchasing

Responsibility :

• Dealing with global supplier to carry out all the activities necessary to purchase raw material in compliance with given cost/time/quality requirements
• Perform the assigned purchasing activities with procedures and provided systems and tool
• Monitoring the shipment delivery process, to make sure the raw material needed fulfilled the required lead-time process

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor degree of all majors
• Have minimum 1 year as purchasing will be a good advantage
• Good ability in English and Mandarin (written and oral) is a plus
• Communicative, adaptive
• Target oriented
• Passionate in sports, especially cycling is a plus point
