Lowongan Kerja PT Hyundai Engineering SSA

Saat ini PT Hyundai Engineering SSA membuka lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Site Construction Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning and Coordination:
• Develop and implement detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure project specifications are met.
• Obtain and review necessary permits and licenses.

2. Team Management

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise construction workers, subcontractors, and other staff.
• Assign tasks and provide guidance to ensure work is completed on time and within scope.
• Conduct regular meetings to address progress, issues, and changes.

3. Budget and Cost Management

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and manage budgets, including cost estimates and financial reports.
• Monitor expenses and ensure the project remains within budget.
• Negotiate contracts and manage procurement of materials and equipment.

4. Quality Control

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure all construction work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
• Conduct inspections and manage any necessary corrections or adjustments.
• Address any issues or defects in a timely manner.

5. Safety and Compliance

Key Responsibilities :

• Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations to protect workers and the public.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and building codes.
• Conduct regular safety meetings and training sessions.

6. Communication

Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and other parties involved.
• Provide regular updates on project status and address any concerns or changes.
• Prepare and present reports and documentation related to the project.

Skills and Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10 (ten) years experience in construction management or a related role, including hands-on experience in the construction industry.
• Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving ability to address and resolve issues as they arise.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• This role is crucial in ensuring construction projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.
• Working placement will be in Jakarta temporarily.
