PT Bumi Resources Minerals Tbk (BRM) saat ini memiliki 80% saham di PT Gorontalo Minerals (GM) Sisa 20% saham dimiliki oleh PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM). GM memiliki Hak Kontrak Karya atas konsesi pertambangan seluas 24.995 hektar yang berlokasi di Kabupaten Bone Bolango (Gorontalo, Sulawesi, Indonesia). Berikut ini adalah Lowongan Kerja PT Gorontalo Minerals (GM).

GM saat ini sedang melakukan pekerjaan eksplorasi di situs Sungai Mak dan Cabang Kiri dan telah melaporkan Estimasi Sumber Daya JORC sebesar 392 juta Ton (0,49% Cu dan 0,43 g/t Au) dari Situs Sungai Mak, Cabang Kiri, Kayu Bulan, dan Motomboto .

Izin konstruksi & produksi GM disetujui pada Februari 2019 untuk masa konstruksi 3 tahun dan masa produksi 30 tahun (hingga 2052).

1. General Affair Officer

Job Description :

Supporting all operational general affairs (camp & building management, kitchen/ catering management, accomodation & transport management, vendor management, & asset management)

Requirements :

Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in all major
Minimum 2 years experience in similar position
Have an experience in camp management, kitchen/catering management, transport management, asset management & vendor management
Have a license driving (SIM A)
Have a strong leadership, good communication & detail oriented
Placement in Gotontalo and willing to work in a remote area with working roster schedule (5 weeks on site & 2 weeks fieldbreak)

2. GIS Officer

Job Description :

Discovering patterns and trends through spatial mapping, developing mapping applications

Reqruirement :

Bachelor’s degree in Geographic Information System, Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering
Minimum of 1 year experiences in similar position
Proficient with GIS software tools (ArcGIS, QGIS, or Global Mapper)
Having a good communication & interpersonal skills, problem solving, and continues improvement (PDCA)
Placement in Gorontalo and willing to work in a remote area with working roster schedule (5 weeks on site & 2 weeks fieldbreak)

3. IT Infrastructure Officer

Job Description :

Running day-to-day IT operations and providing support for the site project of PT Gorontalo Minerals

Reqruirement :

Bachelor’s degree in Informatics Engineering or Information Technology
Minimum 3 years experience in similar position
Having experience with the installation and configuration of hardware, software, networks, printers, plotters, scanners, etc.
Having experience in cabling: UTP (installation, crimping, testing, patch panel), Fiber Optic (pulling, splicing, testing, OTB/ODP installation), Radio Communication, CCTV Implementation (topology design, troubleshooting), DVR & NVR (profile, IP Address, Storage, Pixel, Framerate, Bitrate, etc.)
Having knowledge about networking system layers 1–5 (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Understanding of switch, router, access point, and firewall technologies (Cisco, Mikrotik, Fortigate, Ubiquity)
Familiar with System Deployment (Unboxing, Rack Setup, iDRAC/iLO Management), Microsoft Windows 7 and 10, Windows Server
Willing to be placed in remote area with working roster schedule (5 weeks on site & 2 weeks fieldbreak)

4. Mining Operation Superintendent

Job Description :

Leading the supervisors under him, including work partners contractor for all operational aspects of mining work in all pits, including general mining plans (production targets, excavation and stockpiling, fleet management system), and all elements related to mining operations process.

Reqruirement :

Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or Civil Engineering
Minimum of 3 years experiences in similar position in mining industry
Minimum age 35 years
Certified POP is a must (POM is preferred)
Having skill and experience in fleet management system
Having strong leadership, good coaching and problem solving, and continues improvement (PDCA)
Placement in Gorontalo and willing to work in a remote area with working roster schedule (5 weeks on site & 2 weeks fieldbreak)

5. Mining Operation Supervisor

Job Description :

Direct supervision and daily coordination with the team under his supervision (foreman, operator, and contractor) for mining operational work including digging, hauling, stockpiling, placing heavy equipment, and operators, including other mining supporters, according to the mine plan

Reqruirement :

Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or Civil Engineering
Minimum of 3 years experiences in similar position in mining industry
Minimum age 33 years
Certified POP is a must
Having strong leadership, good coaching and problem solving, and continues improvement (PDCA)
Placement in Gorontalo and willing to work in a remote area with working roster schedule (5 weeks on site & 2 weeks fieldbreak)

6. Project Geologist

Job Description :

Ensure the implementation of exploration programs, data reporting & data compilation work run smoothly, by providing the geological maps & geological models, quick logging & detailed logging of drilling activities, lithology distribution maps, alteration, mineralization & grades of Au, Ag, Cu, etc., geochemical and geophysical anomaly mapping, geological recommendations for evaluating exploration data, & report findings of ‘significant mineralization’, as well as being involved in supervision and development of ‘skill & knowledge’ of Junior Geologist and Assistant Geologist through planned activities and training.

Reqruirement :

Bachelor’s degree in Geological Engineering
Minimum of 4 years experiences in similar position in mining industry
Certified POP is a must
Having skill in geological software (Micromine, Arcgis, Leapfrog, etc)
Having skills in geological mapping and modelling, core logging, determine upside potential, provide exploration target (Oz/ Ton)
Having experiences in several types of mineral deposits (Porphyry, Skarn, Epithermal, etc.).
Having strong leadership, problem solving, and continues improvement (PDCA)

7. Environmental Officer

Job Description :

Provide technical assistance to establishing, implementing, maintaining and developing an Environmental Management System for continuous improvement in order to achieve the objectives of achieving superior QHSE performance.

Reqruirement :

Bachelor’s degree in environment engineer, forestry or agriculture
Minimum 2 years experience in similar position in mining industry
Certified POPAL/ OPCA/ OPCU is preferred
Having knowledge in environmental monitoring, treatment & manage domestic waste or hazardous waste
Having knowledge in nursery and revegetation
Good computer skills with advance use of Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
Having a good leadership skill, problem solving, team building, interpersonal skill and improvement
Willing to be placed in remote area with working roster schedule (5 weeks on site & 2 weeks fieldbreak)

8. Environmental Supervisor

Job Description :

Identifying potentional environmental disturbance and ensure the implementation of environmental aspect management related to domestic waste, hydrocarbons and B3 according to provisions and regulations.

Reqruirement :

Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering
Minimum of 3 years experiences in similar position
Certified POP is a must
Certified POPAL/ PPPA/ PLB3 is preferred
Having skill & experience in environmental reporting, environmental management, monitoring, reclamation and DAS rehabilitation
Having strong leadership, problem solving, and continues improvement (PDCA)
