1. Customer Care Payment & Other Products Manager
Job Description :
- To set up the KPI , SOP , SLAs in Payment & Other Products division, as necessary to achieve the operational and strategic goals
- To ensure SOP Operations Team are well implemented and KPI, SLA are well monitored
Capture and analyze the voice of Customers and liaise with the internal Customer Care team and/or other related parties (e.g, Product Team, Partnership, Commercial, Finance) to ensure that the follow up action of Customers voice is well defined and taken place - Identify key customer trends, issues, and/or opportunities and assist in formulating strategies to improve customer experience
- Help and support the Payment & Other Products team to improve the performance, internal process, also the people development
- Improve or propose the improvement of analytical tools/technologies to facilitate a world-class customer experience with CS Team and automate processes wherever possible
- Provide report achievement & improvement Contact Center Team to the reporting line and/or management
Job Requirements :
- Minimal 3 years in the same or similar scope of work
- Bachelor degree, preferably from Industrial Engineering background
- Having strong leadership and highly motivated
- Having a strategic thinking to achieve Contact Center metrics, both from Process and People
- Fluent in speaking and writing, both in Bahasa and English
- Data driven, having good analytical skill and critical thinking, negotiation, coaching & presentation skills
- Strong willingness to learn new things and take up new challenges or having proven agility
- Experienced in project implementation in contact center
- Experienced and familiar with contact center operations
2. Accounting Revenue & Refund Flight Staff
Job Descriptions :
- Prepare customer invoice for collection to partner in a timely manner
- Record payment from partner
- Ensure manual transactions are recorded, billed, and paid timely
- Ensure correct fee percentage billed to partner based on agreement
- Follow up for any outstanding and unbilled transaction
- Preparing journal entries
- Contact with internal and external team to complete all information for preparing journal entries refund
- Assist senior staff in preparing supporting documents if any CPA audit
- Report all the jobs to the SPV
- Support and help provide guidance during audits
- Performing reconciliations of general ledger accounts
Requirements :
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting
- 1-year experience as accountant or auditor (fresh graduate welcome to apply)
- Good in Microsoft Office (especially advanced in Microsoft Excel)
- Experienced Working with ERP and Have a good understanding of accounting principles
- Good Communication (both spoken & written) in English & Indonesian
- Ability to supervise, multi-task, work under pressure, and meet dateline
- Well organized, good analytical thinking and attention to detail & accuracy
