PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri atau lebih dikenal sebagai Eiger merupakan perusahaan popular di Indonesia yang didirikan pada tahun 1993 oleh Mr Ronny Lukito di Bandung. Bergerak dalam bidang manufaktur dan ritel peralatan bertualang, dimulai dari fasilitas yang sangat terbatas perusahaan ini memproduksi tas dan perlengkapan bertualang. berikut ini Lowongan Kerja PT Eigerindo Multi Produk Industri.

EIGER sendiri terinspirasi dari Gunung Eiger berketinggian 3.970 mdpl dan menjadi “gunung tersulit didaki” ke-3 di dunia yang terletak di Bernese Alps, Swiss. Kini, EIGER menyediakan tiga kategori produk utama, yaitu Mountaineering yang berorientasi pada kegiatan pendakian gunung; Riding yang berfokus pada penjelajahan sepeda motor; serta Authentic 1989 yang diinspirasi dari gaya klasik para pencinta kegiatan petualangan alam terbuka yang diwujudkan dalam desain yang kasual dan stylish.

Mengacu pada landasan visi dan misinya, EIGER tidak hanya memberikan kontribusi pada kegiatan luar ruang, namun turut memberikan perhatian yang besar terhadap kelestarian lingkungan demi mewujudkan misi yang meliputi aspek Education, Inspiration, Greenlife, Expedition, dan Responsibility. 1. TALENT ACQUISITON INTERNSHIP

About the Activity :

  • Your role will involve assisting the full spectrum of activities across Retail HCBP team :
    • Utilize various channels to source potential candidates (job boards, social media, professional networks)
    • Conduct research to identify new sourcing strategies
    • Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements
    • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
    • Provide general administrative support to the talent acquisition team

What you’ll need to Success :

  • Final semester students or Fresh Graduates in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity
  • Someone who is confident, proactive, communicative in conveying something orally or in writing
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by effective collaboration and good work ethics
  • Work placement at the Head Office of Kab. Bandung West Java

2. CULTURE & HUMAN EXPERIENCE INTERNSHIP (GRAPHIC DESIGN)

About the Activity :

  • Your role will involve assisting the full spectrum of activities across Human Experience team :
    • Create visually appealing materials for internal communication such as newsletters, announcements, and memos
    • Design graphics and visuals for employee engagement initiatives, events, and campaigns
    • Develop visual content that promotes and reflects the company’s culture and values
    • Ensure that all design materials are inclusive and considerate of diverse perspectives within the organization

‍What you’ll need to Success :

  • Final semester students or Fresh Graduates in Design or a related field
  • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Canva, Capcut
  • Ability to create visually appealing and on-brand designs
  • Proactive and self-motivated, demonstrating a willingness to take the initiative on design projects
  • Someone who is confident, proactive, communicative in conveying something orally or in writing
  • Possess strong interpersonal skills demonstrated by effective collaboration and good work ethics
  • Submission of a portfolio showcasing previous graphic design work, especially projects related to internal communication, employee engagement, and culture promotion
  • Work placement at the Head Office of Kab. Bandung West Java

3. ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT INTERNSHIP

About the Activity :

  • Your role will involve assisting the full spectrum of activities across Organization Development team
  • Assist the team in maintain latest update of Job Spesification and Job Description
  • Assist the team in conducting Job Analysis and Job Evaluation
  • Assist the team in the preparation of organizational structures in the system
  • Participate in organizational development projects
  • Do administrative activities such as filing documents and other correspondence

  • Final semester students or Fresh Graduates in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field
