PT Aneka Petroindo Raya (BP AKR) merupakan perusahaan patungan yang dibentuk oleh British Petroleum (BP) dan AKR Corporindo Tbk dalam rangka mengembangkan bisnis ritel Bahan Bakar Minyak (BBM) di Indonesia. Perpaduan infrastruktur yang dimiliki AKR di Indonesia dan pengalaman bp dalam bidang bahan bakar berkualitas tinggi di seluruh dunia diharapkan dapat memberikan nilai tambah bagi pemenuhan kebutuhan bahan bakar di Indonesia. Lowongan Kerja PT Aneka Petroindo Raya (Bp AKR Fuels Retail).

Bp-AKR menyediakan tiga jenis bahan bakar berkualitas yaitu BP Ultimate dan BP 92 yang mengandung Teknologi ACTIVE, dan BP Diesel untuk kendaraan diesel. Teknologi ACTIVE yang terdapat pada setiap liter BP Ultimate dan BP 92 dirancang khusus untuk membantu melindungi dan membersihkan mesin dari kotoran yang menumpuk dan mencegah nya untuk menempel kembali.

SPBU bp juga menawarkan segala kebutuhan konsumen (pengendara dan penumpang) dalam satu kunjungan mulai dari mini market, gerai kopi, gerai makanan cepat saji, tempat pengisian air dan angin, mushola dilengkapi dengan AC, toilet bersih, hingga  fasilitas top-up e-money dan fasilitas penukaran baterai swap untuk kendaraan listrik roda dua di beberapa lokasi tertentu.

Saat ini PT Aneka Petroindo Raya (BP AKR) memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. HR Admin 

Job Descriptions :

  • Ensure smooth and effective day to day HR Process, actives & initiative such as recruitment/staffing plans, onboarding and off boarding 
  • Maintains HR Admin & Payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering data 
  • Address and support the Employee iniquity and needs related to administration, policies and procedure 
  • Organize and maintain personnel records 
  • Update and provide relevant employee information (e.g, leaves of absence, sick days, and work schedule)
  • Assist in HR functions and or projects as required 

Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Law or equivalent 
  • Knowledge of HR functions (compensations & benefit, recruitment, employee relations, industrial relations)
  • Excellent Ms. Office (especially advance in Ms. Excel)
  • Good English skills in both writing and speaking 
  • Enjoy working with the data and administrative thingy and detail-oriented 
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skill, have the ability to communicate with in team effectively at all levels & diverse backgrounds with assertive, good active listening skills 
  • Retail or Oil Company (Downstream) experience is an advantage 
  • Placement in Jakarta

2. Finance Intern 

Job Descriptions :

  • Daily sales reconciliation and cash/bank reconciliation 
  • Third party billing and vertification (Dealership, B2B, costumers, non-fuel business partner)
  • Regular internal control activities and ad-hoc spot check 
  • Support treasury (AP/AR) reconciliation 

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 
    Preferably have 1-2 years experience in accounting or administration at oil & gas or retail industry 
  • Sound knowledge in accounting 
  • Sound understanding in ERP application and proficiency in Ms. Office 
  • Able to work with minimum supervision 
  • Good verbal and communication skills
  • Experience in taxation will be an advantage 
  • Placement in Jakarta

3. Accounting & Control Intern 

Job Descriptions :

  • Support on control for department related to cost and budget 
  • Support Account Payable internal (Reimbursement) and External (Invoice) for daily process 
  • Support on Accounting related for day to day process and balance sheet integrity 

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 
  • Preferably have 1-2 years experience in Accounting, Account payable and control at oil & gas or retail industry 
  • Sound knowledge in accounting 
  • Sound understanding in ERP application and proficiency in Ms. Office 
  • Able to work with minimum supervision 
  • Good verbal and communication skills
  • Experience in taxation will be an advantage 
  • Placement in Jakarta

4. Tax Intern 

Job Descriptions :

  • Prepare tax returns, payments, and reports 
  • Manage and maintain the company’s tax database 
  • Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports 
  • Offer support and guidance during audits 
  • Ensure the comply with tax regulations 

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting 
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience 
  • Have Brevet A & B or C certification (preferable) 
  • Familiar with tax application & Microsoft Office 
  • Excellent analytical and time management skills 
  • Placement in Jakarta
