Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) adalah sebuah organisasi atau pihak yang menyelenggarakan dan menyediakan sistem juga sarana untuk mempertemukan penawaran jual dan beli Efek pihak-pihak lain dengan tujuan memperdagangkan Efek di antara mereka. Lowongan Kerja Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Saat ini Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)  membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. Trading Surveillance Officer

Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible to monitor securities trading transactions to indicate the irregularities of transactions as quickly and accurately as possible so that the integrity of the capital market is maintained.

General Requirements :

  • Graduate from reputable university/ college with GPA minimum 3.00
  • Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbal and writing
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Having knowledge about Capital Market will be an advantage

Specific Criteria :

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting / Finance
  • Fresh graduate are welcome to apply / Experience maximal 3 years
  • Having strong analytical thinking, information monitoring, and financial analysis skills
  • Having knowledge about the Capital Market will be preferred
  • Having strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with large amounts of data at the same time

2. Member Evaluation and monitoring Officer

Job Descriptions :

  • Responsible for evaluating candidates for Exchange Members (AB), analyzing MKBD reports along with supporting reports and periodic financial statements submitted by Exchange Members, conducting training for Exchange Members to comply with applicable regulations, enforcing discipline through the imposition of sanctions for violations of regulations committed by Exchange members to minimize the risk for other ABs, investors and SRO, and updating data of ABs.

General Requirements :

  • Graduate from reputable university/ college with GPA minimum.3.00
  • Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbal and writing
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Having knowledge about Capital Market will be an advantage

Specific Criteria :

  • Bachelor in Accounting
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Public Accountant Firm.
  • Having a strong knowledge of accounting and audit procedures.
  • Having knowledge about Capital Market will be preferable.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical, decision making, and communication skills.

3. Compensation and Benefits officer

Job Descriptions :

  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate employee Compensation & Benefit database.
  • Carry out calculations, payments, and Compensation & Benefit reporting correctly, accurately, on time, and kept it confidential.
  • Carry out calculations, payments, and reporting of Article 21 Annual Income Tax (PPh) for BOC, BOD, and employees correctly, accurately, and on time.
  • Carry out Compensation & Benefits-related personnel administration activities correctly, accurately, and on time.
  • Carry out activities in the salary survey process, salary review, and benefit review periodically in accordance with the Company’s needs.
  • Carry out Compensation & Benefit payments and/or reporting to external parties (Jamsostek, DPLK, actuarial bureaus, auditors, life insurance, and employee cooperatives).
  • Carry out a process for providing Corporate Credit Card facilities for Directors and for Employees in certain structural positions.
  • Carry out a process for providing loan facilities for employees

Specific Criteria :

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) in Accounting
  • Have at least 1-2 years of relevant cumulative working experience in Compensation and Benefits
  • Proven knowledge of data management and data analysis
  • Proven knowledge of UU Cipta Kerja, BPJS, dan PPh21
  • Proficient in using data processing software such as Ms. Excel and all related technologies that support work
  • Possess knowledge and experience in developing & implementing reward strategies
  • Possess a firm understanding and knowledge of labor laws and industrial relations
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to drive and tailor your strategies, as well as creatively identify new solutions to problems.
  • Team player who works well with others to develop ideas that will make the job easier and more efficient.
  • Passion for learning new skills and knowledge, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks at once in order to complete all tasks on time.

4. Potential Listing Development officer

Job Descriptions :

  • You will be responsible to perform activities that support the planning and implementation of development programs for listed companies in order to increase its number in Indonesia Stock Exchange such as government / BUMN / BUMD, and other corporations.

General Requirements :

  • Graduate from reputable university/ college with GPA minimum. 3.00
  • Good communication skill (in Indonesia & English), both verbal and writing
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
  • Having knowledge about Capital Market will be an advantage

Specific Criteria :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Financial Management/ Business Management/ Accounting/ Management/ Engineering/ Statistics
  • 1+ years of related experience in stock brokerage, capital market industry or other relevant roles
  • Experience in IPOs and Fundraising is a plus
  • Strong financial modelling, report writing, analytical and data-processing skills
  • Experienced in a fast-growing, fast-paced organization with constrained resources and a distributed professional workforce
  • Must be able to communicate amiably, effectively, and professionally with all external counterparts, as well as internal stakeholders
  • Established project management experience and the ability to prioritize multiple projects at one time
  • Able to exercise discretion and keep strictest levels of confidentiality
  • Proactively bringing up fresh ideas for enhancing performance.
