Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (disingkat “HCML”) adalah salah satu Production Sharing Contract (PSC) dari Badan Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (BPMIGAS), yang kemudian diubah menjadi Satuan Kerja Khusus Pelaksana Kegiatan Usaha Hulu Minyak dan Gas Bumi (SKK Migas), Kementerian Energi dan Sumber Daya Mineral, sebagai perwakilan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia untuk melakukan eksplorasi dan eksploitasi minyak dan gas bumi di Selat Madura.

HCML sebelumnya adalah Husky Oil (Madura) Limited (“HOML”). Sebagai operator dari Blok Madura Strait, saat ini HCML dimiliki oleh Husky Oil Madura Partnership (“HOMP”), CNOOC Southeast Asia Limited (“CNOOC”), dan SMS Development Limited (“Samudra”).

Saat ini Husky-CNOOC Madura Limited (HCML) memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Officer Field Environment – HCML

Job Description :

• To support HSSE-Environmental team in fulfilling all environmental sampling, monitoring, reporting, and compliance requirements to the site in line with the company’s Environmental Plan and applicable legislative requirements.

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, physics engineering, or petroleum engineering.
• Have minimum 3 years’ experiences in Oil & Gas Company and in any other environmental-related position.
• Have knowledge in upstream oil and gas operations and activities.
• Have knowledge in environmental related regulations and legislations.
• Have knowledge in AMDAL, UKL-UPL or any other environmental related document and permit.
• Knowledge on US EPA regulation.
• Certified in Ahli Lingkungan Migas is preferable.
• Possess certification in MPPA (Manajer Pengendalian Pencemaran Air), MPPU (Manajer Pengendalian Pencemaran Udara), and IMO level 2 is an advantage

2. Lead Engineer Production – HCML

Job Description:

• To lead the interface between the reservoir, wells, and operational teams and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure that operating fields are producing optimally by evaluating inflow and outflow performance between the reservoir, wellbore, and surface facility. Ensuring efficient well operations & optimization of multiple gas field and provides technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the production engineering team, driving continuous improvement initiatives and manage operation excellence in production operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering or other related engineering disciplines.
• Have minimum 10 years of working experience as engineer in oil and gas industry, field experience is preferable.
• Have minimum 5 years of experience as Production Engineer in Gas Reservoir.
• Have minimum 2 years of experience in sand handling.
• Have an understanding of risk assessment for oil and gas field operations.
• Have an understanding of international standards relating to well integrity.
• Have strong knowledge in nodal analysis, production logging, tubing movement & stress analysis for dynamic producing / simulation conditions.
• Have knowledge in well interventions and workover, well stimulation, and also well integrity.
