PTFI menambang dan memproses bijih menghasilkan konsentrat yang mengandung tembaga, emas dan perak. Kami memasarkan konsentrat ke seluruh penjuru dunia dan terutama ke smelter tembaga dalam negeri, PT Smelting. Tambang di kawasan mineral Grasberg, Papua – Indonesia merupakan salah satu deposit tembaga dan emas terbesar di dunia. Kami saat ini menambang pada fase akhir tambang terbuka Grasberg. Kami tengah mengerjakan beberapa proyek pada kawasan mineral Grasberg sehubungan dengan pengembangan beberapa tambang bawah tanah berkadar tinggi yang berskala besar dan berumur panjang. Secara total, semua tambang bawah tanah ini diharapkan menghasilkan tembaga dan emas skala besar sehubungan dengan peralihan dari tambang terbuka Grasberg.Lowongan Kerja PT Freeport Indonesia

Saat ini PT Freeport Indonesia memberikan kesempatan lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:


1. Superintendent Contract

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, analyze, and evaluate the works to be outsourced and directly negotiate terms, conditions, rates, and PTFI provided support functions with relevant parties (e.g., contractors, end user department, etc.) under responsibility to ensure the satisfactory of end user within determined plan, on schedule, allocated budget and high quality.
  • Analyze and prepare contract document and selected tender packages for high value and risk contracts under his responsibility based on required services and guidelines through inviting potential contractors or vendors in order to solicit for work proposals (tenders) for specific services with regard to user’s requirement, performance and fair value.
  • Review and assess risk for new incoming contract works and set work programs for assigned subordinate to ensure that all incoming contract works under his responsibility can be delivered in a timely manner.
  • Facilitate and perform analysis of tenders for high value and risk contracts under his responsibility to ensure that upcoming specified services carried out by contractors match the quality requirements and cost constraints attached to the service.
  • Analyze high risk contractors and contracts’ necessary requirement under his responsibility to ensure its compliance with government requirements with regard to licenses and tax matters.
  • Provide input and recommendation on high value and risk contractor selection and placement to superior, to obtain the best decision, fair value, and minimize the risk to the company according to the Company policy and procedures.
  • Analyze and prepare contract recommendation and cost analysis for further reviewed by superior, for high risk and value contracts under his responsibility to provide well rounded information to senior management prior to execution of a contract.
  • Direct, monitor, and review the preparation of initial contract counter claims for rebuttal or counter assessment of contractor claims under his responsibility, when necessary, in order to ensure accurate data and/or information.
  • Develop, establish, and maintain effective business relationship and communication with key personnel of End-Users and Contractors under scope of responsibility in coordination with Contract Compliance Section to improve quality of service and cost.
  • Supervise, monitor and manage the daily activities of Contract Engineers under his responsibilities to ensure the subordinates work according to the measured KRAs/KPIs along with the departmental objectives; facilitate the required development plan; and assist in handling of personal problem/issues when necessary.
  • Monitor, control and promote safety and environmental policy and procedure to the staffs under his responsibility to ensure the safety and environmental policies are implemented and zero accident.
  • The key challenges in this position include:
    • Collect accurate information regarding the contractors’ limitation to ensure the best contractors’ selection related to his area of responsibilities.
    • Keep updated with the rapid changing of government regulations or permits.
    • Update with the latest mining and related product/support technology and most recent list of reputable service providers to help and expedite the process of service placement and best contractors’ selection for future projects. This is to meet the requirement if a third party is required to perform Financial.

Minimum Education and Experience

  • S1 degree in Engineering/Oceanography and S2 degree in MSc with at least 5 years working experience in related area
  • Having a good knowledge and background in business analysis, procurement, logistics, supply chain management, contract negotiation skills, financial and cost analysis.

2. Smelter Operation Readiness – Shift Mechanial Technician

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Removal, repair and installation of mechanical components, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, analysis and diagnosis, advanced troubleshooting and systems/process optimization. Possibly mentor or train other mechanical workers and apprentices.
  • Safe completion of routine and non-routine repairs and construction.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, installation, repair and troubleshooting of industrial mechanical equipment (i.e.: includes but not limited to Conveyors, Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Gearboxes, Pumps, Agitators, Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers including Cooling Towers, overhead cranes, Furnace Tapping machines).
  • Must have strong knowledge in the maintenance and troubleshooting of:
  • Hydraulics, overhead cranes and preferably furnace tapping equipment.
  • Ability to perform installations and renovations compliant with regulatory agency standards.
  • Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work area instructions, participates in safety and environmental activities, always uses plant and equipment correctly.
  • Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned according to business need.
  • Proficient in planning, scheduling, execution and follow-up of maintenance tasks.
  • Working knowledge of CMMS.
  • Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
  • Skilled in managing effective communication, both verbal and written.

Qualifications

  • Completed a mechanical Apprenticeship with a recognized training facility and a Minimum of three (3 Years) experience in industrial mechanical repair and maintenance and
  • Completion of an approved certified mechanical, hydraulics, pneumatics program OR
  • Associate degree or Trade School Certification in a related field and two (2) years’ experience in industrial mechanical repair and maintenance

3. Smelter Operation Readiness – Shift Electrical Technician

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Removal, repair and installation of electrical components, electrical systems, analysis and diagnosis, advanced troubleshooting and systems/process optimization. Possibly mentor or train other electrical workers and apprentices.
  • Safe completion of routine and non-routine repairs and construction.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, installation, repair and troubleshooting of industrial electrical and/or instrumentation equipment (i.e.: substations, power distribution systems, switchgear motors, motor controls, systems and components, process controls, instrumentation and pneumatic equipment).
  • Must have strong knowledge in the maintenance and troubleshooting of: AC/DC drives, PLCs, overhead cranes, management control systems, calibration of field transmitters/transducers and weigh scales, and low and medium voltage equipment.
  • Ability to perform installations and renovations compliant with regulatory agency standards.
  • Follows Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work area instructions, participates in safety and environmental activities, always uses plant and equipment correctly.
  • Additional responsibilities and duties may be assigned according to business need.
  • Proficient in planning, scheduling, execution and follow-up of maintenance tasks.
  • Working knowledge of CMMS.
  • Skilled in following safety practices and recognizing hazards.
  • Skilled in managing effective communication, both verbal and written.

Qualifications:

  • Completed an electrical Apprenticeship with a recognized training facility.
  • Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in industrial electrical and/or instrumentation repair and maintenance and Completion of an approved certified electronics, electrical and/or instrumentation program OR
  • Associates degree or Trades School Certification in a related field and two (2) years experience in industrial electrical and/or instrumentation repair and maintenance
  • Qualified/ Certified with working on MV and preferably HV systems.

4. Smelter Operation Readiness – Maintenance Work Execution Quality Inspector

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

  • Supervises, enhances, and monitors designated Maintenance activities for the specific area defined, reporting to a site Mechanical/ Electrical Maintenance Superintendent
  • Support the Maintenance team in providing technical support and direction within Manyar Smelter.
  • Ensures contractors executing the works have clear and specific goals to execute and support production critical equipment performances. Ensures appropriate knowledge and training programs for execution contractors.
  • Ensures contacting teams provide proactive advice to the Operations and Mtc Teams in ensuring optimum daily operations of the facilities with both a short and long-term outlook.
  • Support as required planning and maintenance forecasting activities. (Cost and equipment performance).
  • Develop and nurture a transformative culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team along with a disciplined risk-based approach to change management.
  • Supervises or reviews, investigates, and develops appropriate recommendations to achieve or exceed downstream processing goals and objectives under a continuous improvement approach.
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Document and analyze the conformity of maintenance execution to required specifications.
  • Cooperate with Maintenance and Reliability to prevent non-conforming maintenance execution and continuously improve processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Mining/ Metals Processing facility in engineering, or maintenance preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills required.
  • Must be able to lead a cross functional team and possess a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Must be able to train and mentor others.
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
  • Ability to read and interpret part drawings, product specifications, and other related documentation to product inspection.

5. Smelter Operation Readiness – Contract Management

Key Duties and responsibilities of this position are:

  • Put together and review Scopes of Work (SOW)
  • Perform bids as required by site and GSC policies in place.
  • Submit bid analysis for approval to manager(s)/supervisor(s)
  • Negotiate legal terms and conditions of service.
  • Negotiate pricing terms.
  • Sign and execute agreement.
  • Create and submit expenditure approval for maintenance if required.
  • Select appropriate costing information.
  • Ensure selected Contractor follows provisions of the Contractor Safety Manual
  • Schedule job and see that the schedule is maintained.
  • Supervise work safety.
  • Supervise work performance.
  • Review invoices for accuracy in rates and prices
  • Review invoices for completeness of work performed.
  • Issue final acceptance of work performed.
  • Submit request for changes in the contract (Change Order) prior to changes being incurred, or soon after becoming aware of these.
  • Review and approve Contractor JSA for compliance with Corporate and site requirements and maintain a repository of Contractor JSAs on SharePoint
  • Assist Contract Manager in supervising safe work through observations, audits, etc.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Computer literacy in MS Office Suite is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Mining/ Metals Processing facility in engineering, or maintenance and supply chain preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills required.
  • Must be able to lead a cross functional team and possess a drive for continuous improvement.
  • Must be able to train and mentor others.
