1. AFTER SALES CONSULTANT

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in a sales or any related field.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Ability to effectively persuade and convince customers.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willing to be located throughout Indonesia.

2.⁠ BUSINESS CONSULTANT / SALES REPRESENTATIVE (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in the field of Sales consultant, sales engineer, business development or a related field
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong negotiation skills and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

3.⁠ CORPORATE LEGAL ASSOCIATE

Requirements :

  • Fresh Graduate or maximum of 2 years experience as a Corporate Legal
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Collaborating with people in other departments requires strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Effective collaboration involves understanding different perspectives, identifying common goals, and finding mutually beneficial solutions.
  • Understanding the basics of law, operational issues in corporate secretariats, and management issues in companies is essential for effective business planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

4.⁠ DATA SCIENCE (AI ENGINEER)

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in data science/data analysis or any related field.
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in Statistics/Mathematics, Computer Science or any related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with flexibility and adaptability to quickly learn and apply emerging technologies and tools in the field of AI and data science.
  • Experience with data querying languages and statistical or mathematical software such as Python.

5.⁠ HYDRO ENGINEER

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 3 years of experience in related field
  • Minimum Master’s degree in Hydrology, Geology, Environmental Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, proactive thinking, strong learning, and adaptation abilities.
  • Experience with handling end-to-end business expansion
  • Have strong basic experience in understanding water flow, rainfall patterns, and geographic characteristics in PLTA. 
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

6.⁠ INNOVATION MANAGEMENT

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years of experience in the field of management, innovation, within a relevant industry or related field.
  • A Bachelor’s degree from all majors, with preference given to the following majors: Management or Industrial Engineering.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25.
  • Willingness to learn new things and good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of innovation processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and departments.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends relevant to the organization’s industry.

7.⁠ INSTRUCTOR OPERATOR

Requirements :

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of Instructor Operator
  • Minimum Diploma’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, or any related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and background, with experience in an industrial environment or manufacturing setting.
  • A passion for sharing knowledge in a classroom and building a program that conveys technical knowledge of how to operate heavy equipment along with core content knowledge such as basic safety, communication skills and construction drawing.
  • Good communication skills, professional attitude and demeanor and a willingness to help others reach their full potential.
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

8.⁠ INTERNAL AUDIT

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in the field of Auditor, Accounting, Finance, Risk or other related field.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Management. 
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Attention to detail is crucial, along with strong organizational and time management skills. 

9.⁠ MINERAL ENGINEER (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 3 years of experience in related field
  • Minimum Master’s degree in Metallurgy, Geology, Mining Engineering, Mineral or a related field.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence
  • Capable of speaking Mandarin, it can be considered a plus point.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, proactive thinking, strong learning, and adaptation abilities
  • Experience with handling end-to-end business expansion
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

10.⁠ MT PARTS DEPARTMENT HEAD

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or a maximum of 2 years experience in Engineer or any related field
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other relevant major
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Strong teamwork with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

11.⁠ MT SERVICE DEPARTMENT HEAD

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum of 2 years of experience in service management or any related field
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or electrical Engineering
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Knowledge of service management software and hardware
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
  • Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia.

12.⁠ PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 years experience in human resources, training and development, preferably within a corporate environment. 
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, and Industrial Engineer or related fields. 
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Should be able to work collaboratively with different departments within the organization and have a passion for developing people and improving performance.

13.⁠ SECRETARY

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or minimum 3 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably as a secretary, within a relevant industry or organization or related field.
  • A Diploma’s degree from all majors, with preference given to the following majors: Management, Administration, Communication.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.25
  • Demonstrated ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to compose clear and professional correspondence, emails, and reports.

14. WIND ENGINEER

Requirements :

  • Fresh graduate or maximum 5 years of experience in related field.
  • Minimum Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Fluent in English, able to use it in daily conversation and correspondence.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, proactive thinking, strong learning, and adaptation abilities.
    Experience with handling end-to-end business expansion.
  • Has strong basic experience in understanding the mechanisms of wind energy, Design and Engineering, to Aerodynamics and Fluid Dynamics systems in PLTB.
  • Willingness to travel all around Indonesia.
