1. Standard Operating Procedure

Responsibilities :

  • Create, resive and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for various departements and functions of the company
  • Coordinate with the management team to understand operational needs and identify areas that require better SOPs
  • Organizing training and supervision to ensure all team members comply with and understand the SOP that has been set
  • Monitor the performance of processes and operations based on SOP, identify non-conformances, and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in identifying operational risks and providing effective solutions to overcome them
    Participate in the development of company policies to improve operational quality and safety

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as Operational Management, Business Management, or a relevant discipline
  • Previous experience as SOP Officer, Operations Manager or related role will be a plus
  • Have an in-depth understanding of the concept and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in identifying problems and providing effective solutions
  • Good communicator and able to work with various levels in the company
  • Meticulous, careful, and able to work with tight deadlines

2. Cost Control FnB The GoodsDept

Responsibilities :

  • Compile, supervise and implement a budget in accordance with F&B operations, including moitoring expenses and income
  • Conduct an in-depth analysis of the costs associated with F&B, including food, beverages, inventory, and others, to ensure efficiency and budget compliance
  • Monitoring inventory and use of raw materials and identify areas where costs can be reduced or efficiency can be increased
  • Identify and analyze excessive or unnecessary expenses, and provide recommendations to reduce costs
  • Ensuring that inventory levels are at optimal levels to avoid wastage or material shortages
  • Dealing with suppliers to get the best prices for raw materials and F&B equipment
  • Prepare financial reports related to F&B expenses and income to be presented to management

Requirements :

  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field is often the foundational qualification for a cost control role
  • Previous experience in the F&B industry or the field of cost control is an added value
  • Have a strong understanding of operatinal and business dynamic in the food and beverage industry
  • Ability to perform budget analysis and analyze financial data appropriately and accurately
  • Able to communicate well with other them members, management, and suppliers
  • Able to identify cost problems and propose effective solutions
  • Have a high degree of accuracy in tracking expenses and performing budget calculations
  • Skills in using Microsoft Excel, Quinos, COGS

3. Internal Audit

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct a risk assessment and develop an audit plan
  • Conducting internal audits to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls
  • Review financial statements, reports and records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance
  • Identify deficiencies in internal control and provide recommendations for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions
  • Conduct follow-up audits to monitor the implementation of recommendations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory requirements

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
  • Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) are preferred
  • Prervious experience in internal audit or external audit
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Proficient in using audit software and Ms Office applications

4. FnB Graphic Designer

Responsibilities :

  • Follow the brand guidelines, formats and templates to maintain consistency with corporate brand standards
  • Collaborate with marketing and business teams to produce sales enablement materials
  • Keep up to date with latest design trends
  • Design marketing collaterals including brochures, flyer, datasheets, battle, cards & presentation decks
  • Providing digital marketing assets including emails, newsletters, & social media graphics

Requirements :

  • Knowledge and technical skill to work with popular graphic design program such as adobe suite, In Design, Illustrator, photoshop, and Dimension
  • Time Management skills, attention to details, creative mindset to bring designs to life with simple instructions, flexibility to switch between projects
  • Motion graphic skill is a plus

5. Senior Merchandiser

Responsibilities :

  • Plan and implement effective product placement in the sales area
  • Ensure adequate stock of products in stores by coordinating shipments and inventory
  • Manage product display arrangement by adjusting customer trends and requests
  • Deliver regular reports on sales activities and results to management
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities to increase sales
  • Build a good relationship with store management and sales staff to ensure effective cooperation
