Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food adalah perusahan agribisnis terkemuka dari hulu ke hillir mulai dari penanaman pohon kelapa sawit bersama petani, hingga memproduksi makanan dan energi untuk kebutuhan hari ini dan masa depan. Secara global, bisnis minyak sawit perusahaan beroperasi di bawah naungan Golden Agri-Resources (GAR). Bersama-sama, perusahaan mengelola produksi dari hulu ke hilir dengan prinsip keberlanjutan sebagai nilai utama yang diyakini.

Perkebunan kelapa sawit PT SMART Tbk  mencakup sekitar 136.000 hektar (termasuk plasma). Aktivitas utama kami terdiri dari penanaman dan pemanenan pohon kelapa sawit, pengolahan tandan buah segar (TBS) menjadi minyak sawit (CPO) dan inti sawit (PK), hingga memprosesnya menjadi produk industri dan konsumen seperti minyak goreng, margarin, shortening, biodiesel dan oleokimia, serta perdagangan produk berbasis kelapa sawit ke seluruh dunia. SMART juga mengoperasikan 16 pabrik kelapa sawit, 4 pabrik pengolahan inti sawit, 4 pabrik rafinasi, 2 pabrik biodiesel dan 1 pabrik oleokimia di Indonesia.

Lowongan Kerja PT SMART Tbk (Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food)

Saat ini PT SMART Tbk (Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food) membuka rekrutmen lowongan kerja untuk dapat bergabung bersama dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

1. Basic Management Development Program (BMDP) – Administration

• (BMDP) Administration aimed at developing future leaders in the palm oil sector, this management development programme will provide you with knowledge and skills in management and good agronomy practice. The 6-month programme will be conducted in our plantations ACROSS INDONESIA.

Qualification :

• Maximum 26 years old when starting the program
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) / Diploma 4 majoring in Accounting
• Minimum GPA 2.85
• No work experience required to apply for this position
• Preferebly have organization experiance
• Willing to attend training for 6 months and service bond for 2 years
• Willing to be placed in all operational areas of PT Smart Tbk

2. Basic Management Development Programme (BMDP) – Finance

Job Description :

• The Finance Management Trainee will work closely with the commercial and production teams which will give insight and knowledge of the specific of the business. This will enable development not only as a finance person but also to become a good business partner.
• Main daily responsibilities will be devised out of areas covering financial and management accounting, commodity risk management, foreign currency risk management and treasury management and taxation.
• Work can revolve around preparation of position reports, monitoring of accounts receivables, foreign currency reports etc.
• The Finance Management Trainee will have the opportunity to work in several areas of finance while closely interacting with other functions of the business.
• As SAP is the finance system of choice for the business, the expectation is that this position will be involved in the SAP processes to achieve their finance related work.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, in Accounting from reputable Universities with min GPA 3,00.
• At least have a 1 year(s) experience or fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Applicants must be willing to work in all operations units (Marunda, Medan, Dumai, Lampung, Surabaya, Tarjun).

3. Basic Management Development Program (BMDP) Engineering/MILL

• Basic Management Development Program (BMDP) Engineering / Mill aimed at developing future leaders in the palm oil sector, this management development programme will provide you with knowledge and skills in management and good agronomy practice. The 6-month programme will be conducted in our plantations ACROSS INDONESIA.

Requirement :

• Maximum 26 years old when starting the program
• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) / Diploma 4 majoring in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering or Agricultural Engineering (TPHP or THP)
• Min GPA 2.85
• No work experience required to apply for this position
• Preferebly have organization experiance
• Willing to attend training for 6 months and service bond for 2 years
• Willing to be placed in all operational areas of PT Smart Tbk.
